I was healing 1k+ in arena just from exhaust multiple time in kiting enemies. But then i swapped my build to 5 circle 5 fear 2 arrow. I'll get 5circle5fear3arrow3exhaust at lv20. My best build. Yes, i got 5 exhaust on first island and i had quite an easy time. 5 Exhaust is good just for PvE, a bit wasteful if only PvP, but could work.
