As you can see in the video, the loading screen actually loads (you can tell by that animation) but eventually, it freezes and stays frozen for a considerable amount of seconds or minutes. I should clarify that neither the game nor my phone's system freezes, as I can still hear the music and I can exit the app without any issue. • It happens on all loading screens in the game. • In the worst cases, it takes up to 3–4 minutes in total to actually start playing. • The amount of time it stays frozen varies every time I open the game. •Sometimes, on rare occasions, only one loading screen freezes instead of both. •At least one loading screen always freezes. •It started late last month or early this month; I can't give an exact date. • I've never had this problem before. • I asked 10 friends if they were experiencing this issue, and only 2 said yes. 2026_07_29_09_36_21~2.mp4 This bug is driving me crazy, please fix it

hi , the new Swiftburst book ( 7.5% speed out of combat ) is not working at all , i try few test not 1-2 , i walked with someone not having the book 100 tiles , few times , same speed , same tiles both of us , please help , thanks !!☺️

Cicada seems to not be spawning on our server. I've been searching for it for 10 days. Gathered a group of friends and searched for it for hours straight. We split in 5 groups, and looked back and forth in all spawnable areas and not a single time did we find it. @Shimarin @Nolan @Gaunter

As i watch guild KoTuKu doing guild raid lv15 today i noticed their boss didn't even spawn bat mobs / ice mage mobs / use hellfire, which is different from what we faced in guild raid. That is just because mc class have skill that can clean all boss' mana? I don't think it is fair to elf guilds.

Громогласно икнув, он огляделся по сторонам: заснеженные ёлки да звездная высь. Еще недавно этот пейзаж ласково лелеял его сон, а сейчас стал причиной отчаянного недоумения. Что он здесь делает, если еще при свете дня обязался собрать дрова и хворост для семейного очага? Снова напился и упал в забытии, на произвол судьбы оставив все обязанности. А вдруг час праздника уже давно минул, и он оставил их всех без источника тепла и света в самую сакральную ночь в году? В этот предновогодний вечер (да и вечер ли? может, уже давно за полночь?) он вынужден бесконечно корить себя за свою рассеянность. Источая призрачный пар, соленые капли стыли у него на щеках. Нужно скорее собрать хоть какие-то жалкие веточки и спешить домой в Гнездовье Орлов. Пасть ниц пред отцом и стерпеть всё его душераздирающее разочарование. На самом деле он пламенно любил их всех. Спешно собирая любые хворостинки на пути, Трюггви скользил по мёрзлым склонам гор. Подняв со снега последнюю заледенелую палку, он вышел из леса с вполне увесистой охапкой топлива для камина. Скромные домики мерно попыхивали дымом из своих труб. В мутных оконцах уютно сиял оранжевый свет. В том числе был и дом Трюггви. Мгновение, и слёзная печаль была вытеснена теплом облегченной радости: они все же не остались без очага! Поспешив открыть дверь дома, он обнаружил осунувшиеся лица семейства, которые, заметив еле дышащего и раскрасневшегося на пороге Трюггви, вмиг раскрылись как бутоны цветов поутру. - Где ты был? Я уж про себя решила, будто тебя эти дьявольские пауки поели!! - запричитала бабуля - Не уж то в лесу заблудился, бедный? - ласково обратилась к Трюггви его мать. Только отец понимающе смерил сына полуухмыляющимся взглядом и ничего не сказал. Как оказалось, в доме догорали последние сучья, и то, что принес Трюггви, было весьма кстати. Как же ошибался он, когда расчувствовавшись предавался слезам в лесу! Полночь праздника настала только сейчас, и вся семья была в сборе.

Battle Pass Dailies for Arena Matches aren't updating or giving out rewards. I did a Spam with Guildmates to get further in the pass and noticed about halfway through that it wasn't updating. Their Daily Arena Damage and Kill Players were updating, but my Match Dailies were not. Here's some evidence that hopefully helps you fix the issue and make amends to the players who were affected. So i were killing Hymir, Cebriones, Pallas, Gillingr and Valiant Ysbrand in the caves at snow event island. World Creation tour had started few hours earlier and i was going to get few extra points by killing them few times. After killing 7 bosses total, i went into guild statistics and found out my points never moved from before i started. So i continued few more kills while keeping track of both guild statistics, my guilds points in tour and total points on elf side. The points were never added, but i was getting the message in info chat every kill : Winter Flavor Alliance Tournament. Points contributed: 20. I assume its a bug and thats why im here.

Hi. I’ve completed 2 different dynamic quests in horror today. One counted towards my achievment, the other one did’t. Are there more than just 3 dynamic quests in horror?

If you use an Android phone, you will not be able to receive push notifications for the game. However, if you use an Apple phone, you will be able to receive them. Can you help us resolve this issue? I want to receive all push notifications for the game on my Android phone. :(

Hi, When warlock uses the skill bloody tribute on an enemy and if the enemy mana is 0, the skill goes off even if there is duration remaining on it. @Holmes @Nolan @Hedfuc
