ENGLISH : Let’s go, this is my last attempt to try to solve my problem. Since October 1st, 2025, after the maintenance (Server BR - Tourmaline), I haven’t been able to access any of my accounts. Right after the maintenance, the message “Invalid Login or Username” appeared, even though both accounts were already logged in on my phone, and one of them was linked to my Facebook. After several unsuccessful login attempts, I decided to try logging in from my computer — also without success — and then from my tablet, which also didn’t work. I found this very strange because both accounts are mine, created with my personal Gmail addresses (one created in 2020 and the other in 2017). There’s no way this is a typing error on my part, since I’ve had these accounts for a long time and always use a standard password. I even sent my login info to a trusted friend, and they were able to access both accounts without any problem. After that, I tried uninstalling the app, downloading the version from the website, clearing the cache, using a VPN, connecting through different Wi-Fi networks, and even using 4G mobile data — but I still can’t access my accounts in any way. It’s not even possible to create a new account (without linking a Gmail). However, I can log in to both accounts normally on my work computer, without any issues. I would really appreciate a response and some help to resolve this problem. So far, the only guidance I’ve received from support is to reset my password, but that’s not my issue — my login credentials are working. The problem is that I can’t access my accounts from my personal devices (and yes, I’ve already tried changing the password, with no success). PORTUGUÊS : Vamos lá, essa é minha última tentativa para tentar solucionar meu problema Des do dia 01/10/2025 Após a manutenção ( Server BR - Tourmaline ) Eu não estou conseguindo acessar nenhuma das minhas contas, logo após a manutenção apareceu a mensagem de ( Login ou Usuário inválido) sendo que ambas contas já estavam conectadas no meu celular e uma delas estava vinculada ao meu Facebook, após algumas tentativas sem sucesso de login decidi tentar entrar pelo meu computador, também sem sucesso e pelo meu tablet, que também não entrou, achei muito estranho pois ambas contas são minhas, criadas nos meus Gmails pessoais ( uma criada em 2020 e a outra criada em 2017) E não hávia a menor possibilidade de ser um erro da minha parte em estar digitando a senha errada pois além do tempo que tenho as contas também uso uma senha padrão, enviei meu login para um amigo de minha confiança e o mesmo conseguiu entrar em ambas contas sem nenhum problema. Após isso já realizei a tentativa de desinstalar o aplicativo, baixar a versão do site, limpar o cache, usar VPN, usar outras redes Wifi, Usar Dados móveis 4G, e simplesmente não consigo acessar minha conta de maneira alguma. Até mesmo criar uma conta nova ( sem Gmail vinculado) não é possível. Pelo computador do meu serviço eu consigo acessar as duas contas sem problemas algum, gostaria de uma resposta e uma ajuda para selecionar esse problema, tudo que consegui pelo suporte foi indicação para Redefinir minha senha, mas meu problema não é meu login, ele está funcionando, meu problema é não está tendo acesso a minhas contas pelos meus dispositivos, ( e sim eu já tentei trocar a senha também e sem sucesso) Segue em anexo o erro, meu Gmail comprovando que tenho acesso às duas contas, segue as contas funcionando pelo computador do meu emprego e também o erro ao tentar criar uma conta nova. III – Change the raid boss system, like in Skylore (a game by the same company), where everyone in the faction that helped defeat the boss receives a chest, and inside it is the raid drop, which can be acquired by any player. IV – Change the raid boss system so that the entire area becomes PvP between guilds, regardless of faction, fostering a battle between guilds for control over the area and the bosses, similar to a GvG. V – Implement a damage table in the raid boss areas, similar to what happens in castle siege attacks. However, instead of guild names, it would be based on player names.
