    Warriors!
     
    The Warspear Online 6.5 update is coming and will be released already next week to bring many pleasant changes to the game. Follow our news because this update and upcoming Guild Castles won't be the only surprises in the near future!
     
    This update will bring the opportunity of getting gold from killed monsters, changes in craft system, including the option of the instant change of a rare craft job, new arena maps and items at arena suppliers, as well as something completely unexpected that will be revealed on the release day!
     
    Arena
     
    The Arena Suppliers will offer you new items, including equipment and weapons of level 25, as well as Gladiator's chest that may contain minions with PvP bonuses, new expert PvP skills, unique costumes and many more!
     
       
     
    There are also two new maps for the Temple of seals arena mode from the winners of the recent contest. Defeat your enemies on more locations in the 14th Arena season!
     

    Gold dropping from killed monsters
     
    The time has come when after killing monsters you may get not only skins and goo, but also gold. No need to extend your bag anymore and constantly visit merchants! Gold may drop from normal (), strong () and elite () monsters. The chance of getting gold from elite monsters is higher than from strong monsters and much higher than from normal monsters.
     
    When you take gold from monsters, it doesn't go to your bag, it just automatically changes the amount of currency that a players has.
     
    The amount of gold depends on:
     
    - the level of a monster
    - the difference in levels between you and a monster
    - and a bit on the favor of randomness
     
    If the player's level is higher that the monster's by 5 and more, he won't get any gold.
     
    For players who are in a group and on one location, the amount of gold changes depending on the group size and on a player with the highest level. It is more profitable to farm gold in groups of 5 players of the same level than solo and much more profitable than in groups of 2-4 players!
     
       
     
    Attention! If the difference between the highest and the lowest levels of players in one group is more than 5, none of players will get any gold.
     
    Craft
     
    After this update you will get the opportunity to see the whole list of all available rare craft jobs in each profession, and, most important, choose and start the necessary rare craft job at any time!
     
       
     
    Three legendary achievements on mastering craft professions will be added:
    Defensive master - mastering all professions of the Armour group up to level 20
    Battle Creator - mastering all profession of the Weapon group up to level 20
    Demiurge Decorator - mastering all profession of the Accessories group up to level 20
     
    Moreover, the maximum level of all craft professions will be increased to 20! There will be added rare and unique items of level 26 in all categories. It's high time to craft something!
     
       
     
    By the way, the Certified blacksmith/carpenter/currier/gunsmith/jeweler/ring-twister/sewer/tailor achievements will be updated, now you have to reach level 20 (instead of level 18) to get them.

    Hello everyone!
     
    "In development" section is still alive (in case you doubted it), and today we would like to talk about castles on Ayvondil that have been bothering our minds for quite a time. They will be added to the game in the second part of the year, but we can already tell you some of the most fundamental information about this interesting mode.      
     
    ATTENTION! THE PROJECT IS STILL IN DEVELOPMENT, SO ALL ELEMENTS AND MECHANICS MAY ALTER BY THE TIME OF IMPLEMENTATION.
     
    Before getting to the details, let us speak a bit about the purpose of Guild Castles, what role they play in the game and how they will change Ayvondil.
     
    Castles on Ayvondil is the main game element of the island that will bring together the concept of the third key stage of the game.
     
    The starting island introduces the basic elements of the game, lets the player try the main game mechanics and choose the most comforting playing style. Irselnort sets a whole lot of more complicated missions like pushing the player towards socialization and creating a Guild to be able to go through hard in-game content (or entering one). Moreover, for the first time it throws players against the members of another Alliance in open world. Ayvondil should move the focus point from the chaotic battles between Alliances to the opposition between thoroughly organized Guilds. The existing group mechanics are not enough for this goal, thus Guild Castles will take it upon themselves.  
    Capture mechanics
     
    Those who have visited Ayvondil should know that there are Fort Wardens standing beside the entrances to closed locations. If you talk to them, you may learn that for now a castle is empty, but someday it will open the gates to welcome its new owner.
     

     
    A fort is not a castle, but only the entrance to the vast territory of the castle that is constructed similarly to the Dungeon (it is much bigger from the inside than it seems from the outside) and consists of the three parts that you will have to capture one by one:
     
    - Castle territories. About 25 locations with respawn points and the castle in the centre;
    - Courtyard. The inner territory with the Guard and defenders;
    - The very inner part consisting of several rooms with multiple passages and a throne.  
     
    The battles will be held according to the schedule, and there will be quite long periods of time between them because the whole point of this mode it not to capture the castle, but to hold and to develop it. Each castle will be unique, and the higher the Ayvondil zone is, the more profit a castle will bring.

    To participate in the capturing of a castle, you will need to have a Guild of the fifth level and higher and to pay a certain amount of Guild Points.
    ___________________________________________________________________
     
    The development of a castle will bring completely new mechanics to the game: constructing buildings, exploring new territories, obtaining new types of resources, protecting territories from enemy raids, organizing raids on enemy territories and much more. It will influence players from powerful guilds, as well as newbies (wait for more information about it in one of the following "In development" episodes). But all of it starts with the castle capturing, and this is what we are going to tell about now.
     
    Breaking the gates
     
    At some point, Guild members will be able to go through the fort gates to the castle they want to capture. After appearing on castle territories, they will have to reach one of the three gates and crash them, opening the path to the courtyard. Add to this fighting with other Guilds in the "Everyone vs everyone" mode and NPC-defenders of the castle. It is important to be among the first ones who enter the courtyard, because in this case your Guild will be able to start the second stage of the capturing faster, thus having more chance of success.
     

     
    Fighting the Guard
     
    — Let's assume this is the Guard
     
    The strength of every castle lays not in the firmness of its walls, but in the courage of its defenders. You may also add a giant Citadel Guard, in case something goes the wrong way. Only five members of each party (with one of them being the Guild leader) who went through the gates will be admitted to fighting him. At this point, the Guild leader plays the most important role, because it is only him who is able to damage the Guard. The main goal of his mates is to protect their leader and to prevent other Guild leaders from killing the Guard.

    Supposedly, the Guard won't be able to directly damage players, but he will be quite generous when it comes to casting negative effects.

    While the big five is fighting other Guild groups and the Guard, the rest of the Guild members will continue battling beside the castle gates protecting their fallen mates from the big five when they move from respawn point back into the courtyard.
     
    Capturing the throne
     

     
    All members of the Guild, the leader of which defeats the Guard, get in the Citadel to fight its defenders. The goal of the attacking group is to destroy the throne and become a new owner of the castle. The goal of the defending Guild that owns the castle at the moment of the capturing is not to let it happen.

    In case if the castle is captured for the first time, it is defended only by NPC.
    ___________________________________________________________________
     
    There is a limited period of time given for completing each stage. If the stage goal is not reached within a certain time period then the capturing ends and the defending Guild wins.
     
    — It's just a picture
     
    After the castle is captured, it is time to start developing it. The owners of the castle will need to gather resources and construct buildings that will somehow profit them during the whole time when the castle belongs to them. And that is what we are going to talk about in another episode.

    Why take paladin dungeon:
     
    When u can have healers buffing
    When u can have rangers/mages do more damage than him
    When u can have bd tank better than him
    When u can summon a merman for aura
     
    Only 2things i can go dungeon these days is becuz im the leader of the guild or becuz paladin has fetter
     
    Thats 100% true fact, all paladins can check by this and confirm \o/

    Come on R0lando, we all know the skill sucks ever since we made that topic that you closed long time ago.
     
    Anyways for that fellow Paladin, Paladin is great and perfect for me in PvP, especially in group play. In dungeons, after the latest fixes, they got better as a damage dealer, but yeah, defensively compared to other tanks, Paladin is still the weakest. And I will show you with examples so you don't call it whining:-
     
    -The new skill has good amount of def buff but also too long cd, 90 secs, and since it's a party buff it doesn't add much to the Paladin over BD. Dark Shield (An almost passive basic skill for Death Knight) is better, it reduces around 120 fixed damage(Correct me some DK)? Well, 40% additional def (around 8.2% in percentages for me(50% def)) reduces less than that amount against a 1000 hitting boss. Do the math, from 500(with 50% def) damage to 420(58.2%).
     
    -Another def skill is Sarcred Shield, worst shield, barely holds 700 damage with at max lvl with 40 seconds cooldown,@R0land call it whining or whatever you want, but the skill is bad for anyone with common sense. Bladedancer's shield has almost half of that cooldown with way stronger effect. And Barb's Stone skin reduces 80% damage each 4 seconds (PASSIVE). Do the math in an example where Paladin and Barb tank the same boss and see how much damage each skill saves in 40 seconds, Sacred shield saves fixed 700 and Stone Skin saves 80% of the the damage each 4 secs, i.e. you receive 100 damage instead of 500 in that 1000 damage boss example each 4 seconds so imagine how much damage you will have saved in that 40 sec duration of Sacred Shield, see the big difference yet?
     
    -Another skill is Sun Seal, it debuffs a selected target, and attacks on that target returns a percentage of the HP to the hitter. Deathknight has the same Life Steal buff, but it works for the character, that means that AoE skills could benefit from that skill and that makes Steel Hurricane + Saturation combo like an HP potion against group of mobs. while our AoE won't be buff from Sun Seal since it's only 1 target skill, in addition to that, being a self buff skill, there is no chance to miss it against bosses like Sun Seal. (Make it a character cast buff and it will be fair enough, to keep it's support role, just make it like shield skills for example, but instead of adding a shield, it adds a life steal buff for some time).
     
    You see R0land it's not whining, I just said facts, all Paladin's def skills are worse compared to other tanks I can show you that through screenshots, videos and if you log in game too I will show you live .

    U want rouge with a defensive skill? Nice lel than go give ranger a heal skill if thats ur concept

    Poisonous Blades. The bug with the renewed effect not damaging the enemy with poison was fixed. Now, the enemy may also get poisoning from Rogue's skills.

    So "Poisonous Blades" can only be used 1 time now? not anymore time-based.. So 3 dots 300-400 dmg, with 26s cooldown. and 1/4 and 4/4 dmg only 20 different.
     
    And for Technopolis DG, at mobs at tower, Necro heal and get rekt by all mobs.. Shaman put Heal totem and get rekt by all mobs  
     
    Anyway anyone have any idea how this Relic work? Decrease Cooldown 50% for 0s

    1. For those who are missunderstanding bd skill or not reading good enough here u go
     
    Hurricane of thrusts. Increases attack and cooldown speed for a certain percentage during a certain time period. With the skill upgrading, its effectiveness and duration increase.
     
     
    Increases attack and cooldown speed = increases attack speed and cooldown speed
     
    It doesnt increase attack of bd, only his speed and cd
     
     
    2. Peter can u make Sacried Shield expert skill for paladin an AoE shield for all his party? I mean its already low damage taking result of a 500dmg absorb at 1/4 with a 30sec cooldown xD
