I just want to tell you that my character hack case was ignored(lv14 ranger named Tilapia) already sent tickets 3 times.. and my post here about it as also ignored... and now im getting the "Another connection using profile detected" again with my new char lvl 14 named Recorder.. I just wish i dont get hacked again i have receipts of my mol purchases with Tilapia if that is required for me to get it back.. note that i do not give my info to anyone ive reformatted my memory card and hard reset my phone.. but i think the hacker uses phone IPs to auto detect infos coz i had a chat with the hacker i was begging him to give it back since this is my only HOBBY and i asked him how he does it and he said its AUTO.. sorry for not having screenshots.. ill find a way to get a screen capture app on my device soon..

i have no problems with balance at all, im perfectly fine with my ranger (Tilapia).. Until it got hacked and gms are not doing anything about it

gms please help me, i filed a ticket (0f22289f6b17286) before about my first account that got hacked lv 18 barbarian name is Harmless your reply was it got perma ban bcoz it was selling the account, it was the hacker selling it, thats like double blackeye for me, i got hacked and no chance of getting it back coz it got banned.. and now i got hacked again just today, my archer lv 14 name is tilapia , when i open it it said incorect login.. I already told about this on the ticket i file before but u didnt care, i beg you now please help me get it back or at least temporary block so hacker cant access since hacker may try to sell again , you can detect my ip youll know i made it from my phone my ip now please do something about this ill file a ticket again later , pls reply here
