Just a bit of friendly piece of advice. The search function on forum, found on the top right hand side, could have answered your questions about this. But yes, lvl9 equipment were removed from the stores and added as drops from isle one bosses. Weapons are known to drop from the last bosses from any starting isle. Some weapons can now be crafted, and instance dungeons may also provide as turtle stated. Turtle can also help you with any further questions if you are indeed intending your character for lvl10 arena. He has very well built characters for that tier.
