A point i would like to raise, i personaly think pala can only get burst heal from new skil like priests. Also if we keep in mind , 1500 heal is really good amount of heal, so if Amount of health added is amount of heal, i personally think that 1500 (as a standard) is max heal( or max health added) which gonna be more or less 30% of palas max health (5k taken). So 30% only if pala is lucky, because i cant see pala getting lucky in new skill upgrade, as i would say, nerfing fettar is too much. Must not nerf base skill.

Everyone pays money for their convenience, a decision might be correct for u which may not be okay to other bro. Here we must not impose our thoughts to anyone. U over did it. It actually makes sense.
