Hello im just wondering how does drop rate work. How does it work with full pt or solo or how with lvls

Hello I have a problem with payment in the game. I tried to buy miracle coins with SMS payment but there are problems. I sent the instructed text to the instructed number but when i sent it, it said i have sent the wrong text code. After that i tried to send it again but now my messages wouldnt even be sent. I tried to send to different numbers for lager a quantity of miracle coins but there too my messages wouldnt be sent.

Thanks i realised that. Im an old player and i think before it wasnt like that but back than i didint pay attention to it. Anyway thats for the reply and help

Im sorry this isnt in russian but i really need help. I used an Xp potion that i got in game and it doesnt work. It says i have it on but the extra xp i should be getting im not. I uploaded a few screenshots that prove that. In the screenshots watch my xp and how much i get while there is a xp buff on me (The xp pot is 100%)
