I see 3 news every time i go to the char selection screen.
I tick to not see those news again but they keep appearing again.
Its a bug.
 
 

Thats what i never liked about online games not only the lag or cant connect at all but also devs can close the game at any moment and all our money and time will go to a waste.

Not 1 buff per attack taken, it's like shield lv3 example absorbs xx dmg (no clue) and gives 25% buff with all 10 stacks.
If you take the full dmg the shield absorbs you get all stacks, higher the shield level more dmg it'll take to activate them but longer buff lasts once you get it.
So may be counter to what you'd want but less defence = easier it is to activate the stacks or fight stronger things if amped.
 
 

Not sure. It seems it depends on the ammount of damage parried and not on the number of attacks. 
 
A seeker class user can definitly be more accurate than me, though.

Try using also these Resistance equips in PvP. Use a Resilience rune on them and try them out: imo they are one of the best pieces for PvP.
And answering your question, yes, they can also resist DoT, or even a Druid's Entangling Roots.

They can be found in the arena chest, sold by any Arena Shop vendor. The chests in Ayvondil are more lucky, when it comes to get worthy stuff, but cost a bit more than the ones in Irselnort or the ones in the 1st islands. Though, the ones in the 1st islands are a bit less lucky than Ayvondil's ones.

P.S. ---[Book "Enhanced Penetration"] will drop in heroic dungeons in few double gp weeks. Watch out for annoucements of special events.

The "Enchanced ___" ? 
U can get them by raiding bosses like engineer, kronus, and elm
Cooldown one you can only get on special occassion like this winter for example to my knowlege
About the Penetration book u can also get from events like completing any "heroic lvl of dungeons"

P.S. -- There are other unique expert skills like [Book "Enhanced Penetration"] , [Book "Enhanced Critical Damage"] , [Book "Enhanced Acuracy"] , [Book "Enhanced Physical Defence"] , [Book "Enhanced Magic Defence"] , [Book "Enhanced Cooldown"]

Should the duration of the effect increase by double and become 10 seconds from 5? or atleast 7.5 sec?
Or maybe make the chance to activate the immunity 15% or 20% and keep the 5 second duration.
 
The current 10% to activate for 5 seconds looks useless, not only you rarely see the relic activate... 5 seconds end so fast you have to time very carefully when to use the skill with this relic and pray for activation which may end up not helping at all so rip 399 mcoins :D
 
meanwhile 8% dodge relic has a 15 freaking second duration and looks more usefull for those who already got high dodge

Holy crap 20% to remove a annoying runners heal thats so freaking awesome, sadly i spent all my gold on the my fatal shot and combat stance skill relics im broke now xD
 
Curse removal sounds kinda noob i have to activate my dodge skill to remove a debuff i think the increase my dodge skill time by 40% relic is better, the bad thing is its very expensive.
Relic of immunity sounds great but the 5 sec duration is a turn off... the relic with extra 8-9% dodge for 15 seconds sounds more fun to me :D

Is it possible to reuse my skill more than just 2 times with this relic?
Like for example if i use my dmg skill and relic is activated so i use my skill again can the relic be activated once more? :0
 
Edit: Wow just had 4 fatal shots in a raw and 2 of them stunned the bd for 3 seconds with each stun thats some crazy shit! (i have the stun relic+high mastery)
