Could you explain this better? What do you mean with relevant dungeons

The important thing is that it has to be activated by completing relevant dungeons. And it only counts if the leader of the party who goes to the dungeon belongs to the needed guild. And each event can be activated only once in approximately 24 hours. what do you mean with relevant dungeons? ppl telling me ill have to do 10-15 rg heroic runs
