opened warspear and it seems to be that my account has been banned right I try logging into my sisters account it say banned I try creating a new character it says "This form of regerstration is currently unavailable" please help

Anyone please help me got grounded came back 2 weeks later opened Warspear and my account was banned co fused at first but then realized any account i attempted to login to say banned and I couldn't create a new account what's going on

Yes always bought with google play I was young did not have phone number it was 2012 I don't recall much I already messaged support they didn't help at all I I think I know what town I created in they didn't take my support form :(

So basically I created an account in 2012 with a character named ruiku druid level 13 but I don't know email to login or password/ the email login anymore it's nearly impossible I didn't have a phone number I always bought with google play I believe I provided all info I remembered from it and still can't get back :/ idk what more I can prove I provided as most information as I could please someone help me I need my druid back :(
