Mmm am not sure actually. We would have quite a too high valour of such statistics, too high. But I do not dislike the idea either.
May I suggest also to make the Parry Rune to work accordingly to the type of item we are enchanting? For example, a 2h weapon; I think it shall give a doubled valour of such statistic in these cases, and not just the same as it was a 1h weapon.
