if your country has warspear blocked, you have to use a vpn to play, therefor your accessing the game from another country, if you then make in app purchases your doing it illegally because your not pyshically located in that country, is that clear enough for you?
secondly, i dont see how this has anything to do with the current discussion i was having with support about the cinese mcoin price which you have started all this from, would you care to clarify?
thirdly using a vpn to play isnt illegal, i never said it was so where are you getting all this from?
I have quite clearly said, if warspear is banned in your country, and you have to use a vpn to access it, your in breach of your own countries laws, i have said nothing about it being illegal to se a vpn unless its banned in your own country.

and im sure your company has transaction records. im sure they are fully aware of who is russian, and who's just using a russian vpn to buy mcoins. may i ask why this isnt delt with on a regluar basis? as this has allowed this issue into being.
 
in your earlier statement you said cheating is illegal in any game, if the company isnt dealing with it, they are allowing it by proxy of allowing it to continue unhindered, unchallenged and unpunished.

so what about the fact ive had to spend twice as much to keep up with people using vpns? am i going to have anything done about it? compensation for years of having to pay twice the amount? or actual deletion of these people and not just a warning? what about the fact this has caused years worth of trouble for me? do i not even get an appology? 

a suggestion, make drop rates fair for none russian players as well as russian players or im going to start playing on a russian vpn.
if you need me to upload some video's to thus prove what im saying id be more then happy to.

@Reivenorik..I have tried all since Saturday..that's $1000 not spent on mcoin again...it's same problem as before batman..I have reinstalled app about 30 times ..double checked with phone network on iv4 & iv6 tests..tried multiple phones..& tablets & PC ...many players are having log in problems not just me..I only report the problems  to support & forum if we can't it fix ourselves

the problem is that there is certain people who share accounts, but they spend an absolute fortune on the game. this was reported with lyzoic and many others, they admitted they account shared and devs response was 'him admitting he account shares isnt proof' your gotta be joking me right?
then we have the difference in prices for each country, you can say its due to countries economic climate but china has a better economy then alot of the countries who's mcoin price is 2-3 times higher, so how do u justify this?
This game operates under a 0 accountability operation, they state rules like vpns are illegal and then never ban the vpn users, they say the price is due to the economy being worse off but then u check and its bogus. Its about time u booked up your idea's a1grind otherwise i can see someone trying to do something about all of this, aka me. 

how about u fix rogues damage? being nuked in 2 hits with 2 awards and full resi set is just stupid.
