the problem is that they say its illegal and then allow it to continuously happen, support are aware of it, people have been complaining about this issue for years. Its not like im the first person to challenge this nor will i be the last.
I have absolutely no faith in support, someone admitts they account share, you send the ss with them admitting it and the reply is that isnt proof. Its just totally absurd, furthermore when certain people were found to be doing things to cheat in arena, the person wasnt deleted, he was allowed to keep his unfair gains. There has to be justification behind their actions otherwise you can say or do whatever you want with little to no accountability.

no higgins just to clarify it was after the guard was dead and its supposed to be us v the defending guild, but beserk was in there and used their guild skill lvl 11 one the def and mdef changer. it cant have been a beserk member in yin or else the skill wouldnt have been able to be used because yin are level 10 and dont have access to that skill yet.
anyway the point was that yet again there is a bug in the system, one that has created an unfair advantage and spoiled the one attempt we had for a month.

i know for a fact some of the biggest coin users have used vpn's for years and still havent banned, im not going to name names but its a fact or i wouldnt have bothered to state it on here :P

your ignoring the fact that china has a better economy then the uk, a higher average earnings then most other countries.
Its still doesnt answer the question :P
and furthermore it doesnt address the issue with people using vpn's to buy mcoin, clearly they know which persons have bought mcoin with the vpn, and furthermore they are selective about who they ban and who they dont....

so how does it work that china has one of the lowest mcoin prices at just $30 for 28.5k mcoin?
dont mean to nippick but ultimately when were all getting charged different prices for the same product its bringing into question the companies proceedures.

its supposed to be, but inside the castle battlezone between us and yin, we had a beserk member inside using their active skills to help yin, surely thats a bug right?

your missing the point, in castles there is one set of attackers and one set of defenders, so why are other guilds allowed to participate?

yeah i killed the flower ones and i did over 200 of them with a guild mate helping.

its not a dungeon, its an event linked to the dungeon, surely you should be checking all your coding or invite people onto a private server to bug test like they do prior to major update releases.
just as a footnote to your comment, there has been plenty of times after release when the dungeons are still bugged so that comment is just absurd.

the problem is that there is certain people who share accounts, but they spend an absolute fortune on the game. this was reported with lyzoic and many others, they admitted they account shared and devs response was 'him admitting he account shares isnt proof' your gotta be joking me right?
then we have the difference in prices for each country, you can say its due to countries economic climate but china has a better economy then alot of the countries who's mcoin price is 2-3 times higher, so how do u justify this?
This game operates under a 0 accountability operation, they state rules like vpns are illegal and then never ban the vpn users, they say the price is due to the economy being worse off but then u check and its bogus. Its about time u booked up your idea's a1grind otherwise i can see someone trying to do something about all of this, aka me.

well the mobs are already there arent they, your just supposed to kill a certain amount and then proceed onto the next part of the event, i killed about 200 and still nothing so im assuming its a bug with the kill count. But ill ask this, why is it always me having to bug report something? havent they got a team who actually checks all this prior to its release?

they could actually test it to check before releasing it, you know like most games do 😄
the first part which is killing the mobs in the 4 area's around tree dungeon.

can you actually sort these issues out before releasing them back into the game? its become like a bloody beta game.
1st part of tree event is bugged, why the hell am i having to report this?

months later and still no clarification on the subject.
also on the prices, china has one of the best economies going and they have a lower mcoin price then russia.
can you justify this?

why is it when we killed the castle guard, yin had a beserk member use the level 11 skill inside their castle in our fight zone. Can u explain to me how this is in any way fair?

if 2 skill books have dropped in 2 months for the entirety of a high level guild something must be going wrong, or the odds are that ridiculously low that its a minor miracle they drop at all. Can you clarify which it is please?
