This is just one event thats been made public and got a 1000+ views
many people have been through this and have gained way less support than this
Since we are getting a chance why don't we ask the questions now and then so next time something similar happens we atleast know why or how. 
Or we have to make a topic and wait for  another few weeks if it happens again. 
I don't wanna stir up trouble or something.Its just that this matter has been unattended for too long and given chances to cheaters than having good and honest players winning. 

 

It makes no sense to wait for an answer on Sunday, it will be good, if they ever answer at all

I'm obviously not expecting them to come here, confess and apologize all their wrongs, but merely explain and show us that the support team DOES care, and IS on side of the players who are NOT violating the rules, or abusing the system. I would also hope to see them change the system so that it wouldn't be that easy to abuse (as we've come to see), but guess that's bit too much to ask to be done instantly.
 
I understand that even if the system feels wrong and unrighteous, it still took time and effort to build. Creating a new one wouldn't be any easier to say at least.
 
All that being said, all I'm expecting is a mere recognition of the situation and that they are indeed working on this system, to avoid situations like mine and the many others who've suffered from these flaws.

I don't know if a private message from them would be enough to satisfy the public, for it is pretty much the whole community who are more or less interested in receiving an answer from them.. Even so, anything is better than nothing, don't y'all agree? 

I should let you all know that I've possibly made some progress in the unbanning of my account. I think I've finally received a reply that was not automated or written beforehand, from the support team. 
 
This doesn't mean that I'm any less concerned with the lack of attention this topic has received from the admins and even more importantly, the support team members themselves..
 
That being said, I still don't think that demanding for replies on weekend is necessary, since as we all know, they don't look into these things during these days. 
 
This topic ain't gonna die until there has been clarification of their actions from the support team, or at least the admins if they wish to work as their messengers.. The whole topic wasn't meant to be hateful or disrespectful, but merely questioning the actions they have - or haven't taken. Therefore I tend to keep it alive in a respectful manner. This is because I once heard from someone far more patient and disciplined than myself that to gain respect from others, you need to show some yourself. (._.)

I had same situatuon like 5 years ago, and my druid was banned because of ,,sharing or trading accounts,, . I never shared any of my accounts,and i dont have any access to anybody else's account. I was just playing with 1 phone, but 2 different IP-s , wifi at home, and wifi at work. I gave any info devs has been asked me, including the IPs i was using,proving thats was actually me, but all of that was useless, and my druid kept to be banned. What i can say....... stupid rules, stupid devs. Like now, 90% of the players sharing their accounts, but they dont get banned, why? 

I think moderators should keep their nose out of topics like this and stick to modding. Mods are in game players and in game players take always a side.

Every year we eagerly await this day - the anniversary of Warspear Online! We were trying to save some surprises for this important date, but we just can’t wait until the day comes, so we are starting the festivities tomorrow! Arinar’s inhabitants used to know a lot about temporal rifts, but this information became too dangerous, as the ability to travel through time could bring destruction to the magical world. The eldres decided to get rid of all records of the rifts. But they couldn’t hide all of the information, some of it leaked outside Arinar and got in the hands of dangerous villains.
 
Snorlar has put a lot of effort in getting this secret knowledge, and finally, he has the ability to return to Arinar from his time and take revenge on all warriors that one day stood in his way. And this time he is determined to wipe out Arinar of all its inhabitants.
 
Guild event on GvG-territory “Two-faced Evil”
  
 
Having used a temporal rift, Snorlar is back in Arinar, even though noone expected his return. His thirst for revenge is amplifying his power so much, only the battle-hardened guilds of Arinar can stop this villain once more!
 
Snorlar was a student of the divine Volcano, whom he sacrificed to attain his power. Snorlar was never able to accept failure, so he is back in Arinar, to fulfill cruel plan. He is hiding in the throat of the volcano, where he draws his strength, and waits for the right time to strike. Infiltrate his lair and strike him down before he destroys Arinar!
 
You can reach Snorlar through a teleport in Nadir Sard.

"Lost Soul"
One day, the Demonologist has went so far in his research, he lost his soul — but gained a unfathomed amount of power. Still, the brave warriors of Arinar managed to bring him down, so the Demonologist retreated to where noone would be looking for him — behind the Gates of Shadows. And only now, when Snorlar called him, he returned to Irsnelnort, dreaming of revenge. But he must only get death!
 
Demonologist can be found in front of the Gates of Shadows in the center of the citadel of Berengar.
 
Everyone in the Guild from level 12 who were on-site execution of events not less than 30 seconds at the time of its successful completion will receive a Demonologist's Treasury chest and the Blessing of the Gods buff — increases maximum health of the character by 5% and maximum energy of the character by 10% (max. 3 buffs - 15% and 30%).
 
From Demonologist's Treasury you can get:
- Enhanced Resistance and Enhanced Solidity books
- Demonologist costume
 
Conditions for activation: complete 5 times the mythical Berengar's Tower.
Restart time: 6 hours after the event ends.
 
"The Flame of Wrath"
The hatred and malice of the Avenger are astonishingly strong, and his power is enough to come back to Arinar time and time again, and each time he will try to destroy this world. Time to stop the villain forever! Put this bone abomination to rest, so the Avenger won’t be able to return to the Ash Coast.
 
The Avenger traditionally stands on the central location of the Shrouded Sanctuary, next to his empty pedestal.
 
Everyone in the Guild from level 12 who were on-site execution of events not less than 30 seconds at the time of its successful completion will receive a Avenger's Treasury chest and the Ancestors' Call buff — increases health regeneration of the character by 15% and energy regeneration of the character by 10% (max. 3 buffs - 45% and 30%).
 
From Avenger's Treasury you can get:
- Enhanced Solidity book
- Bonewinged Guard Costume
 
Conditions for activation: gather 5,000 Guild Points.
Restart time: 6 hours after the event ends.
 
“The Gaze of Death”
The Beholder couldn’t forget the humiliating defeat in the battle with the warriors of Arinar. He managed to hide in a distant cave, in which he kept pitting travellers for fun. Over the year, his strength returned and, when Snorlar called on him for a revenge, the villain didn’t ponder for even a second…
 
Beholder will wait for the most desperate warriors in the PvP cave near Nadir Sard.
 
Everyone in the Guild from level 12 who were on-site execution of events not less than 30 seconds at the time of its successful completion will receive a Beholder's Treasury chest and the Strong Character buff — increases character’s Resistance and Solidity by 4% (max. 3 buffs - 12%).
 
From Beholder's Treasury you can get:

- Beholder costume
 
Conditions for activation: kill 20 characters of another Alliance, which level is not lower than level of your character or group.
Restart time: 6 hours after the event ends.

why would "support team" work on ayvondil release lol their job to help people in such stuff, no matter the time or if theres an event or update. next time we want to rank i should properly ask in forum if theres some event coming soon or if support team busy or not to check our emails and kinda care about the players, not treat them as characters in their game. you making it look like theres 1 guy working in support team and at the same time hes helping the other 1 guy who releasing ayvondil..
 
also no offense but im not expecting help from you since i understood mods dont have influence on support team. so im waiting someone with higher powers to give us proper answers. 
 
for the proofs. we've been sending photos and videos since last season and im sure Imawizurd has explained to them the "suspicious activities" on his account. but thats not MY point anymore atleast, if they gonna ban Imawizurd for whatever reason, then lets bring justice to those chinese players shall we? 
 
PS: while we've been "giving our opinions" for 3 days now in this topic, we losing time and the whole season.

I think the community was pretty resilient considering people were spending actual cash to spam dungeons and having them being thrown in the trash because of server issues. @Higgings I think its to be expected that there are delays for those support team from this because of avyondil t5 but almost seems as though this happens all the time, with either incredibly slow responses or automated responses.

can we get one guy atleast from support team to look at this topic and those informations? mods? arent you able to call someone to look at all of this? and give us an actual answer?! or this is gonna be just another problem that we will forget after few days? if so, im not willing to continue playing this game with this indifference support team. @Higgings @Cardinal

Unfortunately Cardinal is only a tech specialist who looks into issues that ppl have with different devices and such. Therefore tagging him won't help..
 
@Peony in the other hand could  probably try to ask a member of the support team to check this topic out whenever she finds the time to do so.
 
The sooner the better obviously due the fact that those 3 (Unravel, Ivyouhun and vsopbs) are even in the top ranks (1,2 and 3) thanks to these cheating techniques... They've been reported by plenty but nothing has changed. This I would say is rather unacceptable just because as one of my friends said - "why bother spamming arena when you could just spam reports+share".. At this point I've pretty much lost all the hope I had for unbanning my account, but at least make it so that others won't have to suffer of such hypocrisy in the future.. 
 

It's funny how they are complaining about Imawizurd being able to fight in the arena for unusual hours everyday, yet isn't it the same for them? Or anyone who has competed for the #1 rank against others?
If you've checked the number of total fights, it was close between the 2 groups, he only had more points from the bonus of the 3 day war reward and probably great gladiator potions. Hell, let's not even get started with the previous season; Same people, online everyday, demanding AFK for hours and hours.
And what's wrong with that? Anyone dedicated enough can do this easily, 4 hours of sleep for a few days, smh, even a month or more is possible.
There are people who work real jobs for absurd amount hours in real life and only get a few hours of sleep, it's nothing new. I used to sleep 3-4 hours everyday for months when I was studying at school or working. Sleepless nights, also possible too. So I don't get why you whine about this.
 
The real issue here, is the system - the people who run the system. They don't give out any information to the public.
How do we know they even investigated the reports? How do we know if the bans were actually justified? Or maybe just a stupid misunderstanding or an error by the support team? With their "system", they could just ban anyone they want and say it was justified and it would be the same case with everyone else who actually deserved it. 
I find it ridiculous how they don't even give you proof for why you were banned, hell, even a proper description. Instead, everyone gets the same " Your account has been been blocked " *message* when they try to log in their accounts and the same email reply from a robot when they try to appeal their ban.
 
There are passionate players who pour A LOT of time and money into this game, it isn't cheap, and this is how you treat them? This is how the support team is?
Automated responses? No clarity the moment your account gets blocked? No proofs of the things they accuse you of?
Just in a blink of an eye - without any proof or information, you can just be blocked by a push of a button from the admins.
The sickening part is when it's an innocent person who gets banned, completely clueless and hopelessly waiting days, for a reply from the support team, to find out why they were banned. Only to get the same response everyone else has gotten. And to add on top of that - they could be competing in a tournament/contest in the game or taking part in events that only happen once a year. All their time gone and wasted, all because of a *mistake* made by the admins, which the player won't even get compensated for.
I've been playing this game since nearly the beginning, it's been the same ever since - no improvements, innocent people getting blocked, blatant violators still playing freely and breaking the rules, and probably the same email responses since the beginning of time.

This has happened a lot of times and i totally agree with these people. 
ALWAYS AUTOMATED REPLIES. 
No one actually cares. 
As an arena veteran this has happened to me and "technical support" has taken no action at all. 
If you keep emailing they just even stop giving automated replies or copy paste replies. 
I have also reported these people with actual genuine evidence and i am 100% sure support actually knows these people share and use auto demand. 
Its pretty sickening.Basically arena is like who shares and cheats more wins. 
These people have been reported last season too. With solid evidence and no reaction from the support. 
I think its time for support to crack down on such cheaters. 
This is the reason i have stopped spending on the game.

This is just so weird that you wouldn't ban the actual violators of EULA like gzgzgz and Vsopb who share accounts with other people so that they can keep getting ap while they sleep. They use auto click bots for demand as well. Instead you'd ban someone who hasn't done anything wrong and won't even listen to him. Good job, team!
