ppl dont go to casinos not knowing its a gamble
Buying in game currency to buy chest doesn't mean it isnt gambling
The thing is the game should be regulated by an agency for fairness BECAUSE the players do not trust the game on being fair as per their breach of right to know

@Madz101 If AIgrind don't provide you this valid verification number you're looking for and this is the only condition for you to keep spending your money, you can always spending less money on it or not at all, even choose another game to play. Issues like that aren't solved on forum and even those who support you will hardly do anything about. if you want to keep going, I kindly ask you to make it between you and the company, via contacting the support or such.

As for the rest of what u said I have the right to make players aware AND in any case this topic vanishes then the game has something to hide

If you become addicted to amping or opening chests like you can become addicted to gambling, it's your own responsibility to build up some restrictions, e.g. deciding how much money you want to spend each month.

Answering your question, no, they do not have anything like that. If you spend in game and get addicted to it, it's your own responsibility to stop and (since we speak of addiction) find someone who may help you with this problem.
