If you look at skill changes in the past you can actually find out many of these statistics.
Well excluding damage, heal and shield calculations where they just say "increased damage/heal/shield" which is probably what you wanted to know.

    FACTION:  Firstborn

    NAME: Forest Guardian

    FUNCTION: DMG

    WEAPONS: Spear and two-handed maces

    ARMOR: Cloath and Lightweight

CLASS DESCRIPTION: the Forest Guardian is a damage class, with hybrid status, having both physical and magical damage in its construction, it would be a class balanced between single target damage, air damage and survival. also having a useful area debugging skill. your skills are focused on placing plants on the battlefield, and hitting your enemies with powerful blows with nature spells

    BASIC SKILLS:

    Wooden Blow
    CD: 7s
    RANGE: melee
EFFECT: deals magic damage to the target, the damage of the skill depends on the character's magic power

    Spits Thorns
    CD: 20s
    RANGE: 3m
EFFECT: placing a plant on the battlefield, which attacks an enemy in an area of 3 meters (7x7), only one prickler can be placed on the battlefield at a time.
spitting spikes attacks only 1 target at a time, dealing magic damage to the target
PLANT DURATION: 20s at all skill levels
PS: this plant has life, and can be killed, plants are immune to any negative effects, including those of control. the plant inherits the offensive and defensive attributes of the forest guardian

    Poisonous Cacti
    CD: 15s
    RANGE: 2m
EFFECT: places a poisonous cacti on the battlefield that causes physical damage to enemies within 1m (3x3), whenever poisonous cacti causes damage it has a chance equal to the character's critical strike value to poison enemies causing physical damage over the time. Only one plant of each type can be placed on the battlefield at a time.
PLANT DURATION: 12s at all skill levels
PS: the poisonous cacti causes damage every 3s
the poisonous cacti is not a pet, it is considered a totem like those of the shaman and paladin, it cannot be destroyed

    Invigorate
    CD: 15s
RANGE: this skill cannot be used on allies
EFFECT: instantly heals the character based on% of his magic power and attack damage

    Wild Charge
    CD: 16s
    RANGE: 5m
EFFECT: makes a charge against the target, moving towards it and inflicting physical damage to enemies within 1m (3x3).
PS: the skill needs a target to be used, but deals area damage

    EXPERT SKILLS:

    Toxic Mushrooms
    CD: 35s
    RANGE: 3m
EFFECT: place toxic mushrooms in the selected area (5x5), the mushrooms put a debuff on the enemies every 5s which reduces the damage caused by them and the healing received. only one toxic mushroom can be placed on the battlefield at a time
PS: mushrooms are considered totems and cannot be destroyed
PLANT DURATION: 15s at all skill levels
    DEBUFF DURATION: 2s-3-3.5-4s

    Sticky Swamp
    CD: 20s
    RANGE: 4m
EFFECT: creates a sticky swamp in the selected 3x3 area, the swamp causes cumulative slowness to enemies in it.
every 1s a slow debuff is added to enemies, with 3 debuffs enemies are stunned for a few seconds.
    SWAMP DURATION: 5S
    STUN DURATION: 1,5-2-3-4s

this image is another game, the swamp could be in this style, but with some roots for the concept

    Nature Protection
    CD: 25S
    RANGE: 4m
EFFECT: puts a protection on an ally, the protection reduces the damage taken by the target, and increases the resistance parameter based on the target's missing hit points
PS: the damage reduction value is fixed, the resistance value increases based on the target's lost life

    Power of Nature
    CD: 20s
    RANGE: 2m around the character
EFFECT: removes a negative effect from the character and deals magic damage to enemies within 2m of the character, with the development of the skill the number of debuffs removed and the damage of the skill increase
PS: the number of debuffs removed is 1-1-2-3

    Poisonous Sting
    CD: 18s
    RANGE: melee
EFFECT: deals physical damage to the target, and has a chance to poison the target for a few seconds causing physical damage
PS: the ability deals increased physical damage to the target, and has a chance to poison it

at launch these would be the skills of the class, in the future receiving other skills to improve their gameplay, and cover possible difficulties that the class could have in the different scenarios of the game.

    Friends!

In this thread, you can suggest a topic for a guide or overview material, as well as draw attention to outdated guides that would be nice to update.

Thus, this will help not only those wishing to contribute to the development of gaming "education", but also the project administration, which will gladly take part in this.

Reminder! To better understand how everything works here, the  "Guides" section (FAQ) is required to read.

    And remember: knowledge is power!

The game does not stand still, with each update we try to delight you with new content, modernize old ones and introduce new mechanics into the game. In this regard, it becomes necessary to maintain the relevance of existing training materials, as well as to create new guides.

rafa9876 reacted to Hourai in Deity Statue suggestion
Long story short, auto-attack reduce effect is not as widely used due to its rare usefulness (Orcinus tanking, anyone?) so im bringing this suggestion in hope of a future where Templars can provide more to their team except ping pong.

    My proposal:

When the Templar puts their Deity Statue in a location, in a radius of 3 yards from the center of it, it constantly applies a defensive barrier/shield/protection buff that mitigates 10-20-30-40% incoming damage OR applies a shield that is 100-150-200-250% of the SUM of your physical and magical attack, for as long as the statue is on the field. As soon as the duration ends, all positive buffs are gone. For the duration the statue is on the field, it is invulnerable to damage.
    Duration: 6-7-8-9 seconds
    Allies affected: 2-3-4-5
    Cooldown: 30 or 35 seconds

With this im looking to bridge the lack of the Sentinels to provide mass protection to their allies on the defensive side, as well as give Templars one better alternative skill to use for their arena/gvg endeavors

    Constructive criticism will be appreciated

I actually agree that they each should get a unique minor effect but it's hard to balance considering the skills low cooldown.
Also completely copying the warden effect would be boring, and his effect is already weak enough that few players even bother to use it.
So I would actually buff his effect in some way...
    As for the other classes...

The paladin could have a supportive or disrupting effect focusing on protecting party members, maybe pacifying them for a short time (his skill is called persuasion)

Death Knight could get a thematically accurate one like marking his target for death under certain conditions(do more damage based on missing health), as his focus isn't actually his party. (Provocation)

The bladedancer is a dueling class (or so is my idea of it) so his effect could make both him and the target do more damage to each other. (Aggression)

While the barbarian is one that would resort to dirty tactics mocking his opponent, maybe making the barbarian stronger if the target is not damaging him. (Taunt)

At least those are the first ideas that pop in my head, what do you think? All of these could also be linked to existing/new expert skills to balance it.

Those are really good, although personally I would either tweak the numbers or give the skills specific conditions to activate.
Or buff the warden skill, because healing 12% max hp every 21 seconds seems a bit weak in comparison now.

I didn't have any idea to be honest

    Persuasion
Makes the enemy Pacific for some time. While on this state, it is unable to attack the character or its allies.
After the effect ends, after receiving damage or resisting the skill, the enemy gains the Aggressive debuff, automatically forcing it to attack the Paladin and decreasing its (not the Paladin's) damage dealt by 10%.
Has a smaller chance to work on minibosses, bosses and players.

That's it. You don't get attacked.
However, you would still be on the "In battle" effect, so no increased Life Regen or Mana Regen.

It seems confusing, i know, but it is something like that:

    Death Mark
Taunts the enemy and adds the Death Mark debuff.
A Death Marked enemy receives periodic physical damage and heals the character or any ally that attacks the enemy by 5% of the damage dealt.

I don't know if it's too broken to add a Vampirism effect to any player that attacks the enemy, considering that the DK already has a lot of Life Steal.
I was thinking about it increasing the damage received by the enemy, but we already have Threads of Darkness and Knight's Curse.
But the 5% would be only on 5/5, on 1/5 it would be like 2% or 3%, and also it would make the DK a bit more supportive, so it would make the class more loved, i think.

    Duel
    Taunts the enemy.
Both the character and the enemy deals 15% more damage to each other, but deals 20% less damage to other entities.

How could it be done by developers?
Both the BD and the taunted enemy would gain a "Duel" effect that decreases its damage dealt by 20%, unless it attacks a character who also has the "Duel" effect (in this case, it would deal 15% more damage).

    Mockery
Taunts the enemy and gives it the "Enraged" debuff.
An enemy with the "Enraged" debuff deals 20% more damage to the character, but has its defenses decreased by 10%.

I didn't know too much about what to do, but basically, it would be like: The enemy gets enraged because of the Barbarian's insults, so it would deal more damage to the Brb but would forget to defend from attacks.
It sounds a lot like BD's skill but not exactly.

Discontinued because I do not consider it necessary anymore with all the class guides

As the game gets updated with more and more skills these patches will get more common and it will be harder to find the latest patch for a certain skill.
While I would love to have a proper list for every single skill that would be a bit too much work.
Therefore I just tried to find every single skill change or addition since the update that introduced expert skills and, after looking through the changes, attempted to point out the most notable ones. Keep in mind that this is mostly my opinion making it biased (I play mage on elf side).

Also somehow I couldn't find the 9th expert skill addition so if someone could point it out for me that would be nice (or if I missed any important skill balance updates)
And if you think a certain update requires a special comment then you can say so too.
    Thank you

rafa9876 got a reaction from Jcbref in Patch History for Skills

    Thank you

That's seriously one of the best posts i've ever seen in this forum.
It seems like the update that brought Overload (and of course other skills) didn't appear on any forum.

@Holmes is there any post on the forum about this update?
I had the same problem trying to find out when was "Sharp Shadow" introduced.
