Awhh that should have been said in update arena season rewards

Maybe a forum moderator can explain why i recieved only one arena buff when i won #1 and #3 place in arena for same arena level ranking. They are different buffs one is copper and one is golden, different % bonus. Thought it would be best to ask here before creating a ticket. Also love the xmas event update, but dg 16 needs nerfing a little, +9-10 team struggles/dies due to some of the bosses like 3rd boss, whos fire spread around attacking full team no matter where they move.
