  1. Good day everyone, It has been a while since I've been on here, and who knows it could be my last when I've made my final decision. I remember back in late 2015 when I started playing the game, it was at its peak (in terms of player count of course), now compare it to today, and yikes, but to be honest the game has gone through great improvements throughout the years that helped players progress through the game faster, but were these improvements implemented too late? Here's what I think, Back then experienced players (The ones who are still here or ones who quit playing) would say here on the forum "Grind and Farm", people who are f2P and those who occasionally throw 10 dollars at the game would reply with "But the process for both is very long that the fun in the game disappears due to little progress being made for us to reach our goal to buy better gear to move forward in the game", then the experienced player(s) replied back with " That's how it is, the process takes YEARS for you to reach where you should, it will be WORTH IT" , let me tell you something, most people will not feel motivated to play a game to progress to current content (at the time) that takes YEARS to reach without wiping out their credit or debit card, were is the FUN in that? And I wasn't the only one on this boat because of this, the game population slowly decreased and because of this, the game gained a rep for being "P2W" or "P2P" (pay to progress) leading up to this very day. The Devs finally released an update that made the grind finally worth it, gold is dropped by mobs, Map 1 (Mountain Clans and Firstborns, the other two races are just walking and more walking) and Map 2 are (IMO) fun to play through now, Map 1 DGs are easier, fun and rewarding than ever before, couple days ago I came across a post on this forum saying that people are "taking advantage" of the Map 1 DGs which to me is not true and if that's really true, make the Devs take farming out of the game I dare you. Even though these changes made things easier and far more enjoyable the thing that saddens me is that these changes didn't come earlier. Before the changes, the game was unbearable when it came to earning gold, but the gameplay, story, and art style I couldn't get enough of, caused me to take multiple hiatuses since 2017 to the day they released the update that changed many things, waiting for the devs to make the game more enjoyable via updates. Many times I wondered to myself "Would the game still be popular if the update came earlier?" or "What if the Devs listened more to the F2P players?" because if you didn't know, F2P people are potential customers who would play a game for some time and if they like the product they'd start purchasing in-game products supporting the game they started to love (even I started to purchase Miracle Coins), but for Warspear, many didn't enjoy it and left it for better products that offer better experiences and respects their time. What I see now is a dying game, the game population is very low and might be getting lower too, I remember trying out the Sentinel Faction which has the most players but they aren't as helpful as the other side that I've decided to pledge myself to The Legion, even though their numbers are small they are helpful by far compared to the sentinels. I'm losing faith that the game can ever bounce back from its ever slowly decline, feeling like the money I put into it might be all for nothing and that I shouldn't purchase anything more in the future and feeling like my time invested in it isn't worth it and that I should stop playing, thinking I should leave the game for good and move onto something greater before the Devs pull the life support plug on us.
  2. Off topic but can we address the fact that shaman's fire totem only affect one target? While the other totems affect multiple targets? Because that to me show's that the devs did a horrible job at nerfing it, even if the devs changed it to a channeling skill it would still be a joke of a nerf or a more simpler thing to do is nerfing the damage it dealt.
  3. Based on what you said here I'm starting to think they truly favour one side over the other. Does any of the devs play the game?
  4. I remember years ago the fire totem could target multiple ppl, I just found out (via world chat in US server) that it only target's one person? Why is that??? Because some sentinels think it's "op"? Ever since I came back to the game and the forums I've seen posts asking for the nerfing of the charmer because of some relic, instead of the relic getting nerf it's the charmer, like really now? Also this joke of a post about "hunters poison arrow is too op ☺" like get out of here with that nonsense. The legion population is at an all time low but the elves seems fine I guess, I wonder why? It's not because the other side is getting nerfed to oblivion... Right?
  5. Based on the things I've heard from other forum members who are on the legion side, it's seemed as if their classes are underpowered compared to the sentinels, I didn't know this was a thing and I'd like some proof for their claims, if nothing convincing and detailed comes by on this post then to me I'll take it as a nothing burger and move on. An exact answer to you question is that the statement I made was a "If" because if it's happening then it's unfair... That's all, it's just a assumption (not a dangerous one).
  6. That's cool, I just want to hear from legion players who thinks their classes are treated unfairly with concrete information. What I heard from someone is that this was a problem spanning years with not much fixes.
  7. Here's an idea I've been sitting on for a longtime, the ability for your character to use their fists to attack is in the game since it was made, but there isn't any new class to be the master of hand to hand combat with Iron gauntlets. I have two types of class Ideas that can be 2 tanks and 2 hybrid damage dealers for both factions so stay tuned to that in the next coming days. The main question I have for the forum is, will there be a pugilist class? And for the devs, will you guys be able to add it to the game in the future? Because this class has potential to be something new and great (maybe greater than the hybrid classes we've been getting). Pugilist is a fancy name for boxer.
  8. Good day everyone, I've been looking around the forum and came across people saying that the legion classes are not as good as the sentinels classes, I believe that there should be fairness among the two factions, the devs should be neutral and shouldn't favour one over the other. So on this post I want my legion brothers to layout the problems, disadvantages and etc here along with concrete evidence of your claims, And we'll see if we can make the devs look into them. Please no arguing, thank you.
  9. I believe it's because of their "race ability bonus stats thingy" like the elves gets 4% increase dmg and Forsaken gets 3 extra energy regen points.
  10. From my experience today that's the complete opposite when it comes to getting help from the sentinels. I have ppl on the legion that help me get to map 4 (even tho we still have population problems) and we'll see if they can help me get to level 32.
  11. In that case, try to make your voices louder than before to get the attention of the devs, because If this was happening for several years and no changes were made? It's either the legion isn't amplifying their voices or the sentinels have convincing arguments against your claims. So push harder for neutrality by laying out every problems in the suggestion forum
  12. As someone who's pro "For the legion" and plays sentinels, I believe the relic shouldn't make the charmer be something it's not, like a damage dealer, if it's ment to be a "tank healing support hybrid" or whatever, it's supposed to be like how the devs designed it for full stop. I know everyone wants balance but finding a bug or a loophole and taking advantage of that isn't setting a balance, even tho only ppl who spends money on the game can do that currently. So I'm down with the idea about the devs fixing this problem and my legion brothers who wants a balanced game should too.
  13. In that case, I hope the legion someday can put those classes to shame, but a legion can only hope.
  14. Good day, everyone, has anyone tried to build a charmer into a tank? It has the expert skills to do so, like aggro, and the ability to increase its defenses. If yes, was it successful?
  15. Good day everyone, I've came across this game back in 2016, I fell in love with the art, lore, story and gameplay, but I found it very hard to achieve most things especially gold and because of that I was on and off with the game itself and facing dead ends. I started asking myself "should I start spending money to get out of these situations?" which I was willing to do because at the time this game was unlike any mmorpg I've ever played and I couldn't find anymore like it on mobile devices back then, Which is why I made a post on here about purchasing miracle coins and wanting to sell items that I bought off the Miracle store. I looked at everyone's opinions and advices, then I think hard upon the final decisions and decided that It wouldn't be worth it because to me the investment would be too great and back then people were dashing thousands of dollars on characters, to that I say "No thank you" because I'm the type of person that if I'm having fun with a product and enjoying said product I'd want to support the people behind it by either buying more or look at what else they have in store, but unfortunately I wasn't having fun with Warspear Online, I really wanted to because it has that special something about it but the devs didn't want to fix the hardship in the game which was one of the main reasons why I dropped it back in 2019 and work on getting my I.T. Certificates. At the Starting of 2022 I decided to checkout Warspear and see if there were any improvements and I must say I was very surprised by them, it was much easier to earn gold, the mobs weren't difficult like before in Map 1, the solo dungeons are gifts sent from heaven and the login daily rewards to that I say FINALLY. The game population is very low at the moment, there are more Sentinels than Legions and because of that I can't quest in peace on Map 2 without high leveled Seekers, bladedancers and rangers killing me and blocking my way, which is why I want to invest in characters to kick there behinds, sending them running in the process. The Sentinels aren't really much help because I have to spam help so many times in world chat with no luck of finding anyone to help me with gatekeeper and Berenger Dungeons, I mean one time a seeker wanted to help me with gatekeeper but at the same time was helping someone else with the last quest for the Chainless Legion reputation, somehow the quester died and left the party then the high level seeker just randomly left the game leaving me alone in the party perplexed. After that I started questing on the legions side and it was a breeze, the people there are helpful and I manage to found a dk that help my Chieftain with bg easy to hard ON HIS OWN, like holy moly that dude was a walking juggernaut, my chieftain (Aligrays) is currently level 20 and I'm able to do quests on Map 4, because of the help I've received and I'm in a guild that has kind hearted people in it, The Legion faction is were I'll stay from now on. In conclusion, I'm happy that the devs made some good improvements and I hope they continue to do so but it's sad to see that they started too late when they started to lose players by hundreds of thousands if not millions, I can see myself purchasing Mcoins in the future to speed things up for my characters, build one of the greatest Legion guilds In the US server and help others out. Have a good day everyone.
  16. Good day everyone, it's been a long time since I've posted here and played the game so I'll talk about my reasons and whys in a different post. Can anyone tell me the type of classes that I can use to put "gankers" to shame? The popular types of "gankers" are Rogues, Chieftains, and Seekers, I'm tired of these guys interrupting me while I'm questing and I want to diarrhea all over them in duals for that. Thank you.
  17. I find charmers very unique because of the continuous heal because I've always wanted tanks have that type of healing ability (Not like the Paladins). A Magic Mace sounds about right. Thanks for letting me know 🤗
  18. Oh, that's too bad. I'll keep an eye out for future events and thanks for letting me know 🙃😯
  19. 1) Which build you personally recommend for Charmers, is it staff build or Mace and Shield build? 2) Is there any other way to get Life steal runes than Event chests that gives you Gold or Copper bars and potions? Like Dungeon or etc.
  20. Shaman sounds like a complete power house, It will be my main on Legion along side Death knight which is also cool, Hunter is a good to go and Charmer will be my next main focus after shaman (it's a very unique mix with a healer and tank that's why I love it). @Higgings and Everyone else on this post, thank you for the information that you all took time out of your day to provide for me, before I can make this plan a success I'll have to finish up some my duties ATM. I really appreciate the help thank you all.
  21. Do you have the Mace and Shield version?
  22. @Higgings Lend me your knowledge/information on the Legion classes best suited for PvE. Plz.
