that happened to me as well. i had also not changed the default ID to email ID, when i formatted my phone and reinstalled warspear. I had posted a ticket to support with full details of my characters, costumes, gold, equips etc. and got the ID and password reseted in a few hours..... TRY TO SEND MORE DETAILS BOUT UR CHARACTERS.....
