По ситуации №1. В идеальной ситуации, когда у обоих игроков нулевая задержка при подключении к игровому серверу (как будто он стоит в соседней комнате) должен победить тот игрок, чья скорость атаки выше. Однако, идеальных ситуаций не бывает - большую роль играет ping, т.е. время отклика.
№2. Нет, расстояние не играет значения. У стрел и пулек нет скорости полёта.

Hey, non-gm accounts are totally regular and we have these ones. Some of us playing on RU servers and some on EU-US. While using non-GM accounts we are totally usual players.

Yes, that set was released with an error - some pieces weren't available at first, but then we added them to sanctuary boss loot. I've just checked and you are right, 0 Severe Cold bodies on all servers. We'll gonna fix it and make it available for aquiring.
 
Can you explain first question in details?
Earthquake has 100% success rate while attacking players and reduced rate for minibosses. Issues with not working skill may be related to syncronisation troubles, high ping or internet problems.
Rush has succes rate from 42% to 70% and Counterstrike has 50% on last level

Here listed most common reasons why you could get block from the game:


Rule #1. The most important rule:
Access to the account is granted only to those person who registered it. Using account in the other way will be considered as violation of EULA and  Rules of Conduction
 
If other players (friend, brother, relative, etc.) have got an access to your account, one of the punishments from the rules of conduct will be implemented, because these data should be kept secret. If you've get an access to the account, that wasn't created by you, one of the punishments from the rules of conduct will be implemented and your access to this account will be denied.
 
Messaging about sale/buying/trading accounts or characters
 
Trade/sale/buy game items for non-game valuables
Disseminating information of intention to buy/sale/trade account or character may (and in most cases – will) cause temporal or permanent full denial of game access. Type and period of denial game access determines  individually. Repeated violation of rules of conduction and EULA wull cause permanent ban.
Example:
Player Z: sell mage, fast Player K: trade rogue to BD, pm Player U: will change outfit to priest Player J: What the price for my top ranger lvl 13?  
Creating and using more than 2 accounts
You are able to create and use (not at the same time from 1 device) only 2 accounts with 10 characters on each.

Right decision: send ticket to the support with full description of found bug.

After selling back to the trader, you noticed that selling price is bigger than purchasing one.  Player S sent message to purchase some Miracle Coins. He noticed that operator didn't charge him for message and he sent 3000 more messages.

Example: Player D suddenly found the brilliant skills of programming and created software that was able to kill every boss on Irselnort at the same moment and pick up drop and decided to use it in game.

Sometimes players decide to create characters with almost-the-same-nicknames-as-administrators-have to receive some profit. Remember: GM nicknames are marked with red color in chat. It also relates to chat messages.

Example:
Player Q: I'm the GM, I have to check your account, give me your login and password Player C: GM is my friend, he will ban, so give me all your gold.  
Attention: “random” or “humorous” messages written in any chat room, are the reason for blocking and equals to the happened violation.
 
 
Administration never blocks access to the game unreasonable. To clarify the reason for the ban, please send your request to technical support, provide the following information: 
login of blocked account names of characters on that account server, where characters were created

Обновление ассортимента магазина арены проводится только вместе с окончанием сезона арены. Сеты появятся, а вот как скоро я, к сожалению, не могу сказать.

В вопросе не видел ни одного вопроса, как ни странно. Лучше бы создать такую тему в "Предложениях".
 
Айвондил ждут большие измнения. Кроме того, что будут открыты остальные части острова, сам остров также будет изменен - мы учли пожелания и сейчас работаем над модификацией острова. Главная цель - сделать остров интересным для всех игроков, как для любителей PvE заданий, так и для PvP бойцов.
 
Цена на расходники определяется наличием предметов в игровом мире, регулировать цены можно только изменяя количество предметов и делая их более доступными, что повлияет на итоговую цену предметов. Изменения можно будет увидеть уже скоро, вместе с развитием ремесла. Будут добавлены новые профессии, без "рандома" и с линейным логичным крафтом.
 
 
Лабиринт еще не умер, стоит немного подождать, сюрпризы еще будут!
По танкам - можно конкретные примеры? В последних обновлениях были правки, повышающие актуальность "щитовиков" - это и пассивный бонус к защите при ношении щита, и усиление защитных баффов у магических классов и повышенная эффективность агрессии. Агрессия, вероятнее всего, будет дальше правиться - будем добиваться адекватной работы.
 
 
Думаю, что мы пересмотрим механику работы массовых навыков - будут добавлены необходимые ограничения, например, по количеству целей или по аналогии со Знаменем Харада, где урон делится на количество игроков.

Сейчас привязка к почте (к настоящей, существующей, с подтверждением) будет форсирована. Т.е. невозможно будет иначе установить пароль, только через привязку к настоящей почте.
 
Мощность щита высчитывается по формуле, где в качестве переменных выступают некоторые игровые параметры персонажа. Т.е. прирост на первом уровне может быть 20%, на 5 - 30%. В целом, буст где-то 25%.
