Its simple. Items with status Equipping become personal when u equip them, items with status Receiving become personal when u receive them. You can buy Good signet and Light sash without worries.

Hi guys, Im completing gear for my ranger and I dont know which amulet should I choose. In bag I have two enchanted amulets: Qualitative amulet 194 HP, 16 mana, 1.8% dodge, 1.6% penetration and Graceful medalion 194 HP, 16 mana, 1.8% dodge, 2% attack speed but I know another amulet which is worth attention Qualitative pendant 194HP, 16 mana, 2% attack speed, 1.6 penetration So i have a question which amulet is the best for me? PS. I have my dodge skill on level 1 and I put attack speed crystal in my gloves and dodge runes in rings.
