  1. Largely agree with your suggestion. As long as you don't actually get the crafting levels on other characters but just the achievements then its fine. Having access to 9x8 slots per account if you have maxed crafts would be a bit much. Although crafting system in general needs a fix anyway so if it was changed it wouldn't even matter. I'm on my last 100k crafting to fully maxed crafts and I think I've been crafting for a good 3 years now rarely having breaks. Mostly doing advanced mats with resource licenses to save on miracle coins and crafting the higher level gears with xp license instead. It's kind of ridiculous how long it takes.
  2. I infact have played all the classes besides Reaper and Bm. Can't say all of them are top tier in terms of gear but they at least have some arena gear generally so I know how they work in pvp. It may seem aggressive but this is just the way I talk to people who don't seem to understand the game. Perhaps it's a bit unnecessary but I like to say how I see things and not go soft on people who just like deflecting arguments with pure nonsense. And it wasn't my idea to compare Chieftain to Mage in the first place and it probably has nothing to compare against since you haven't been able to build a Paladin for damage ever since 50-60% resilience became mandatory. Back in the day you could make a full Killing Whisper Paladin and destroy people with High critical Banner damage but those days are long gone.
  3. Sounds like you are incapable of building cdr, it should be simple enough to get the cooldown down to about 20 seconds with barely any effort and it has 13 seconds duration anyway. Every chieftain I run into seems to understand how to use this skill and has no problems tanking full 10 greatness chars with subpar ap gear. First of all its 3x3 not 1x1, one thinks you'd know these things but I suppose that's too much asked. 2nd of all that same resist argument is just as valid for mages as it is for chieftains. Why is chains ,the worse skill, somehow better even though it also gets countered by "6%" resist lol. If i had to go through this much mental gymnastics I'd be in the olympic team for it by now.
  4. First of all Mages haven't had the fear effect on blazing + fireball for a long time now. Defense is way worse than damage reduction as that can be denied by penetration while damage reduction isn't. Not to mention that Chiefs skill isn't just "40%" It gets stronger the less health chief has and its the same as Seekers damage reduction when Chieftain is at about half health instead of 30% like Seeker and it just keeps getting stronger from there. Trashing is a much better cc than chains since it reduces attack speed and damage of whomever it effects in an aoe which is basically like having Blade dancer sap but its in aoe form. Not to mention it's usable from range and not just a few tiles around the caster.

  6. Yes I'm sure Warlocks are incapable of placing dark circles on top of each other to keep someone stunned. This "ping pong" effect is completely useless and only good for trolling.

  8. Paladin shield is 0 defense no matter what kind of skills or buffs the recipient has. Talent damage reduction does nothing for it.
  9. Lv4 totem might not be part of many shamans build but large majority have Cleanse at lv4 since its clearly so good. And clearly you people don't know anything about playing casters because that build is completely fine. The demonstration was mostly to show you people that Seekers don't actually do 1800 damage on properly geared characters because clearly you wont believe it unless you are given proof of it. Replace lv4 weakness totem for lv4 heal totem and you can get stunned and live through it just fine especially if you got someone else helping you (which you should have) in arena setting. Rogues still have much better cc than Seeker and hunters got better and more cc than Seeker, I have no idea why you are even bringing them up. They simply have slightly less damage in comparison.
  10. No guild +10 with Resilience skill and Earth protection 5/5 on. With proper buffs and skill builds Seekers just aren't a problem for Shamans but people just refuse to use their brains. Don't even have cleanse 4/4 since I don't have the 2nd skillpoint from talents but id expect dmg closer to 600 with that. And a small amount of damage reflection goes a long way to negating lifesteal the Seeker gets. As you can see even 6.2% reduces Seekers total lifesteal by 30-50%.
  11. Skimmed through the video and what did you think it was supposed to prove? That seeker loses to paladin in a 1v1? lol
  12. The only seekers that melt anyone with numbers beyond 1000 are full greatness +10 with all the books. So it should be fair to expect that you have your amps and books in order to not get killed by them. Would be pretty dumb if a Seeker who spent 100m on gear and books loses to +8 chief on the regular. The large majority of the complaints seem to come from chiefs and shamans for some reason, both classes that are completely capable of tanking seekers almost better than actual tanks. Makes no sense.
  13. There is no real reason to use staffs on a bm. Moon can make use of the physical damage that comes from hammer too, so the only reason you'd want to use staff is to have ranged auto attacks. Of course you do lose a potential stat to get the physical damage but thats largely irrelevant.

Maybe this quest in particular but shadows and sea witch have their own charm to them since you can't get any help for them but i could see how it would be annoying for sea witch since its a "mandatory" quest. Unless of course you are in a high level guild and unity the whole guild into the instance. It's hilarious.
  15. It sounds interesting but unfortunately I don't think this is the way to go to make the skill better. Making block stat stronger by tying skills to it seems to have been a mistake considering the amount of nerfs developers have been giving to warden's block heal. Not to mention the damage reduction %'s seem a bit high when looking at other tanks skills. I'll give you A+ for the effort though.

  17. Everyone seems to forget that berserk also gives penetration for some reason. Wonder why. Barbarians are also a complete class with everything. Well scaling damage skills, aoe debuff, aoe damage, stuns, anti stun, healing, buffing and tanking.
  18. More reasonable suggestion than most would make. Although the best would be if it was somehow able to track the players it stunned. That way you could have it stay on and only stun the initial 6/8 or 9? players. After all if you are dumb enough to walk in it again to give free healing to the templar and his allies I don't see why not.

  20. Deathknights can do this as well using Steel hurricane so should that be nerfed also? Or is it that you are unwilling to spend lifescrolls on deathknights when Hunters are the better option. You asking to nerf this particular skill makes no sense since it doesn't even remotely resemble any of the other skills on the list you gave. Which is why it was obviously omitted from it in the first place.
  21. Most of the time there's 12 or less templars in any given raid war/gvg. Only place where there's more than that is Irselnort wars when the poor plebs who decided to play templar for pve come and hope they get buffs. You are running into the same 10 templars everywhere thinking there's more of them but there's not. Also thought this topic was about chiefs and not templars. It's clear there's some discrepancies with the treatment of placed aoe skills that remain and they should be fixed. And if that means also changing how Paladin banner works then its completely fine. But I think we know who has the more broken aoe in its current state.
  22. Dunno about adding a aoe skill to a barb but then again they did give bds one so i guess it would be fair. Altho you do reliable aoe in defeat since chieftains bleed everything anyway. I do like the last wish idea tho.
  23. Seems to happen more to phone users although ive had pc client crash couple of times as well.
