yeah when melee, charge wont work. try to take 1-2 step away from them and use charge.. they are work only in range.

the last quest on 1st island would be at the harbor operator.. or you might want to check on the 2nd island.

yeah its some kind of daily quest, 4 rewards you got after finishing the quest, getting the 2x hp ring lol

the first cc quest you will get is from gwido at phantom/ghost village which includes relic or berengars treadise. other cc quests are from arnold (if you re on elfs side) at kamp riff which includes avengers stela, power of avenger, killing other faction, sanctuaries and blood puma/dinalt citadel.

not only you that have problem with skill upgrading.. everyone also get the same. so it s fair.

i ve just tested with lv3 charge.. no increase in range tho.. cannot charge towards escaping enemy also..

for the first time i ve seen RU - Topaz server reaching half of the max populations.. when the other servers before/after update are only 1/6 of max populations..
