    Я плох в PVP, так как этот контент мне не интересен, но думаю, что вряд ли стрела следопыта поможет тебе не умирать. Если ты хочешь жить, то я вижу два варианта для тебя:
    Держаться на расстоянии и следить за такими классами как Искатель, Рыцарь смерти и Разящий клинок, которые могут лишить тебя этого преимущества (расстояния).  Если ты достаточно хорошо одет, идти на арену с напарником, который будет тебя оберегать. Оба варианта, конечно, подразумевают наличие капа уклонения. Сейчас он хорошо работает.

    It's not like locks don't already have lots of defensive skills, they're extremely tanky for a cloth class. Tankier than most of them.
     
    Having to exchange some of their offensive capabilities for defensive ones, like locks 3rd brsnch, is normal. Most classes have this option. Why should it come for free for locks?
     
    Locks already have so much damage reduction, if you add even more you'll soon turn a cloth user into a tank class. Locks can already reach warden forti levels of damage reduction (Fortification is 30% at 4/4, locks get 20% passive from power of relaxation talent, and 12,5% at max from draining life skill) and get passive heals. How is that not enough survivability for an offensive cloth user?

    Let me be more fair, I guess...
    On paper the new matchmaking and league systems sound good but they require a large active player base that does not exist at the moment.
    Without addressing that, this sneak peak provides nothing promising.
     
    Ideas to drive up arena activity:
    Make fighting in the arena free, i.e. remove tickets. But matches would give only rating points. Remove "demand all modes" button. Purchasable items "(Great) Gladiator Elixir" with increased prices will increase the rating points by a specified percentage and additionally give arena points in the value of 100%-150% of rating points. Rating points count towards rankings, technically you should be able to climb to the top league ranks for free! Well, time and probably a whole lot of top-tier buffs make it not so free... Depending on how players spread in the new leagues, top 50% or so of active players ranks will also get a chunk of arena points at the end of the season. Could be a certain % of the rating points, depending on their league. Arena points/shop:
    Arena shop items that are more frequently updated with items that are relevant not only for arena but also for mass fights, items such as anti-control foods or anti-resistance buffs for example, or special minions with AoE effects. As far as I know, most if not all AoE skills from minions were removed at one point, so they would be very expensive, but also unique. This is important for end-game players of the top guilds fighting in raid boss wars and such, it will keep arena relevant for them forever basically. For newer players, get rid of the chests, add the costumes to be directly purchasable, and the books too but make them cost something crazy like 500k AP or something. People Like to work and grind towards a set-in-stone goal in MMOs... Add more books too, why not. Rewards for new league rankings can be whatever but ideally, the top league would give seasonal buffs that contribute to mass battles.

    Doing Arena for free is a good idea. But I don't think it's going to be easy to delete tickets right away as tickets are already out in the game and this is a cash-purchased item. It's even on sale today.
     
    Or they can only ask for ticket for rank arena only.

    Non-class books are a reward that will interest everyone, so I agree to add books for a price that is very expensive, but you can get it with effort. Instead, since it's a definitive reward, it's less capable than a regular rare book, and the arena is not a solo content, so it might be a book that only works if there's a party. Players who have empty rare book slots will be able to fill them with this.
     
    Or.. these can also be added as compensation.

    As we gear up for the upcoming Arena Season, we're excited to start a series of Developer Diaries to give you a sneak peek at the much-anticipated changes! This time, we’ll be highlighting the new matchmaking system for select modes that is rolling out this Season – as well as some of the exciting new features that gladiators will enjoy in the near-future updates. 
     
    Long ago, the sage gods Harad and Nuadu saw the need for a place in Arinar where conflicts could be resolved without endangering the world. So they created the Arena, a hallowed battleground for warriors from all over the realm to prove their mettle, bravery, and power. Ever since, the Arena has echoed with the clash of swords, the whistle of arrows, and the thunder of staves – a testament to the relentless pursuit of glory and greatness by the heroes of both Alliances... Though time hasn’t spared the legacy of the Gods, the Arena remains the stage for the most thrilling fights. Now it's time to breathe new life into this Temple of Battle!
     
    Performance-Based Matchmaking
     
    We’ve revamped the matchmaking system across several modes including Arena 5x5, Temple of Seals 4x4, and both Crucible 3x3 and 4x4. By integrating the new behind-the-scenes performance metrics, we want to make sure that your every contribution to victory is rated and rewarded!
     
    The new performance rating system aims to improve team selection. Those of you who join each fight with a win-or-bust attitude will now have a better chance of joining a team that shares your spirit. After all, the most exciting battles are fought alongside fellow warriors who mean business!
     
    Get ready to experience this feature in the upcoming XCIV Arena Season starting on March 22. So take your chance to prove your fervor!
     
     
    Now, let's dive into some exciting changes coming to the Arena with the next updates!
     
    Smoother Start for Rookies
     
    The Arena has always been a magnet for aspiring gladiators eager to push their luck. Their road to glory is filled with trials, especially when crossing swords with veterans who guard their ranks fiercely. But fear not, as fresh faces will soon have their chance to gear up for an unpredictable fight!
     
    Among other things, we seek to streamline the Arena experience for new players. We're in the process of creating a series of quests that will teach rookies the combat basics, equip them with starter PvP gear, and help them stock up on essential PvP consumables. These updates will make it much easier for fresh gladiators to prepare for their first fight!

    What's more, new daily PvP quests tailored to the storyline progress will bolster both novice and seasoned fighters alike, offering the chance to earn heaps of valuable rewards. And as you level up, the challenges – and the loot – will get even better!
     
    New Ranked Mode
     
    A new chapter of glory is about to unfold in the hallowed Temple of Battle where gladiators fight tooth and nail for glory, adding another layer to the competitive spirit! Fighters will have to rise through many ranks to prove their worth as the best gladiators in Arinar!
     
    On top of other changes, the Arena update introduces a much-awaited tiered ranked league system, designed to ensure fairer match selection based on your personal rating! Win to climb the ranks and watch your rating soar, or face the slide with each defeat. Each league ascended will bring greater rewards and recognition!
     
    Refreshed Categories & Modes
     
    This global update is also fine-tuning existing categories and modes for a sharper, more engaging experience! We’re recalibrating the fight formats to make the action more dynamic and the competition more exciting.
     
    In this entry, we’ve given you a sneak peek at the upcoming Arena’s transformation. Keep in mind, this changelog isn't set in stone – we've got a bunch of new features in the pipeline that you'll be the first to learn about!

    Simply reduce the resist stat. For example, reduce all resistance stat, buffs in half except for the 100% resistance buff in the game. The game is ruined with excessively high resistance.

    At Arena, I can say that at least half of my skills are resisted(learned 75k talent). Defense skill is included in that.

    It's the other way around lol. Priests heavily counter warlocks. 


    Not to go off topic from the warlock. Priests disable warlocks just by existing....
    For a class that's heavily reliant on stuns and debuff, getting them removed every 3 to 4s is the worst. One of the best passives in game.  Even the only survival skill we have is based on a debuff. Imagine I apply my debuff expecting to get at least some heals and poof, priest just keeps removing the debuff and that's all. Warlock is dead. 

    I don't blame priests, The mechanics of warlock skill needs to change where it's survival is not dependent on the enemy. Or it's damage needs to be higher so that it can be an actual threat.

    @Dr StrangeI want to talk a bit about Warlock before the update comes.
    1 ) Mana CAP Problem:
    Absolutely 1 year ago, Warlocks got huge and unfair nerf of "Mana cap", which mainly was about limiting the damage increase from the maximum mana a character has. It is nearly 300~ for PvP and 500~ PvE. As I have shown the characteristics of some of the classes from Mountain Clans, especially in terms of PvP, with the addition of new "Bracelets", Warlocks has been weakened so much that they can't deal some serious damage to their enemies even if they are fully damage branch talented.

     
    For instance, the other classes down there can hit 3k+ to enemies with the strongest skill of they got. However, it is not valid for a Warlock to hit more than 2k~ to a maxed enemy anymore. With the new damage boosts of all DPS characters, a ranger/hunter can get to 4k damage from an instant damage skill and which applies a debuff.

    I may get some answers such as "Warlock is a great group enemy controller class, you can't deny that.", indeed it is, but in the top level of fighting, it is seen as a joke... Because most top level players are aware of and has 30%+ base resistance parameters with a great instants damages. Therefore, either warlocks should rely on the other 7/10 stunning chance and to kill a strong player warlock generally needs to make a 1.5-2 combo which means 6-7 stun skills used. (7/10)^6 = 0.11. So, either rely on 11% chance to kill an enemy after spamming numerous stuns, or get killed by 2-3 instant huge dmg skills. 
     
    2) Fear Skill Problem
     I really want to know what is the reason of a control skill being 3 yards while all of them are generally 5 yards. The skill I am talking about is "Fear".

    It looks quite funny and useless. Imagine you are fighting against any class and you are planning to stun him at first and use "Dark Circle" skill, but sadly it got "Resisted", so to not let it to hit you, the first alternative is to use fear and start your combo. (We generally must use stuns because as I have said in the 1) section, almost all damage classes which are either shown as having lower dmg characteristics, they hit much higher and much harder. ) Back to our topic, till you get 3 yard closer to an enemy already, it can spam all the skills on you and you will be dead already.
     
    3) The Lack of Defensive Skills or Relics
    Through the years, rogues/hunters/rangers has earned some defensive abilities like "Dodge" to increase their survivability. I won't mention how tanks/healers got defensive skills to survive in a battle. Even mages, besides their shields they earned a little healing combo-skill. 
    However, when we come into warlocks, there isn't either useful or passive defensive skills to work during combat. 
    A.) What we got is a stone skill... A skill that disables the character to atk an enemy, and after going out, literally vulnerable of anything coming next.

    B.) Haven't finished yet, another skill which is also nerfed and it brings more burden than it helps in a battle cause it only works when you "Deal" damage. 

    C.) A "defensive" skill that can be "Resisted" and works just a little bit within few conditions managed.

     
    4-) Conclusion
    Warlocks have lost their popularity and effectiveness since the huge nerfs on them in the past year and afterwards. 
    > When it comes to damage, it doesn't deal sufficient damage to scare his enemy and not persist on him to "think" to counter, while other DPS classes hits really high with their "ulti" skills.
    > When it comes to support/control, it has not much difference from many other classes anymore as an advantage. Most classes has aoe stun/silence skills.
    > When it comes to Survivability, there is not much passive skills that can help or defensive relics to be actived to increase a Warlock's capability of staying alive and pursue fighting.
     
    Maybe @Horimiyamigth want to add something about these, but I doubt if he is interested in mass figths and PvP, rather than PvE :')

    В ближайшее время (на этой неделе) темы будут обновлены. Моя вина, пришлось отлучиться из нашей вселенной, но теперь я снова здесь 
     

    От комментариев в этом году решили отказаться, так как темы анонсов выходят чрезмерно громоздкими. Информация о будущих изменениях нигде никогда не публиковалась и не планирует публиковаться - однако иногда что-то интересное можно найти в инсайд публикациях.
     

    Вы предлагаете своё виденье класса (за что я очень благодарен, ибо это очень полезно для разработки), но требуете, чтобы команда с вами согласилась или хотя бы сказала, когда в будущем введет ваши предложения. Но не все предложения возможно реализовать, более того, даже те, что, скорее всего, будут добавлены, сейчас нельзя "одобрить", ибо до релиза предстоит провести еще сотни тестов. Получается, мне или разработчику остается лишь в каждой теме спамить "Благодарю за предложение, с темой ознакомились", от чего по понятным причинам было решено отказаться 

    Теги необходимы для срочных сообщений, например, когда найдена ошибка, которая вот-вот сломает сервер. Об этом даже есть пункт в правилах:

    Представим, вы разработчик и вы ввели блокировки для всех, кто умышленно проигрывает бои на арене. Поздравляю! На один день вы решили проблему с твинами, но, проснувшись завтра, обнаружили, что твиноводы стали хитрее и теперь проигрывают бои неочевидно. Как будете теперь решать, кого в бан за умышленные поражение, а кто плохо играет?

    Какое-то время назад я описывал возможные риски только такого подхода и приводил пример новичков, игра которых из-за неопытности может быть воспринята системой как умышленное поражение, но в памяти сообщества осталась лишь мысль, что я якобы считаю, что твинов не существует и повсюду новички...
     


     

    Проблема с Ареной существует и заключается не только в твинах, потому решение должно быть комплексным. Для разработчиков эта тема не менее важна, чем для нас с вами, и именно поэтому изменения планируются уже в ближайшем крупном обновлении.

    Она носит легкое платье с кожаным корсетом, которое шепчет при каждом ее шаге, будто призывая к таинственному путешествию. Ее шелковистая кожа, словно созданная из утренней росы, позволяет ей парить над землёй с лёгкостью и изяществом. В её голосе звучит мелодия леса, пение водопадов и шёпот ветра, призывающие к согласию с природой.
     
    Селестия - хранительница тайн леса, покровительница всех его обитателей. Её сердце наполнено добротой и мудростью, душа - светом звёзд, вечно связанных с бесконечной прелестью природы. Встреча с ней - как встреча с самим лесом: Волнующая, величественная и незабываемая.
