  1. As soon you get to lvl 10 in your profession use as many rare craft jobs of the type "ressource collection" as you can and always use licences with it that double the outcome. Then check market which craft items you are able to produce sell for the most gold and produce them. Market changes so keep watching it :)

     

    When u reach lvl 8 its a good choice to buy common craft ressources cheap at dealer  and upgrade to advanced ressources with normal craft jobs too.

  2. I also liked the quests the best that had different storylines. Like the chosen quest in which you simply can beat a priest with a chair xD

     

    I also liked quests that interact with the environment. There are so many awesome looking things on every island. I want to do something with that :D Not just see them as decoration. It makes the game world feel less distant. Same goes for jigsaws story quest suggestion.

  3. I guess there are always people who want an unbeatable class, but i want the opposite :D That every class is equally beatable :D

     

    Maybe Rolands point is that this game is designed to favor some classes to give the other classes a challenge, because thats a pretty common strategy in game design. But some points of this game (like arena with equal number of contestants and reward for single persons) dont support this sort of balancing.

  4. My point was that as things are now, it would be dumb to set limit on buying coins during certain events.

     

    If we we're talking about games pay to win part it's another story

     

    Depends on short-term and long-term buiseness plans. If too many people quit because the paying aspect gets too high then the customer base shrinks until the game may collaps.

     

    But in this case i think you may be right. I just hope that the battles in ayvondil get a little different :)

    All you said was that you should try harder or party up against single enemies when you cant beat them. So would this game be balanced when you would need 5 characters +10 to beat a +0 paladin? Because it is still possible to beat him?

     

    (Btw i know the fairness =/= balance paradigma and stuff, but in pvp multiplayer games with high paying aspect and rewards for single persons (not groups) that rules should apply a little different imho)

  6. Priest is the only class who cant unstealth rogue,at least give us chance to fight back and not waiting to be jumped. Maybe redemption (AoE heal) can unstealth rogue it will be okay, beacuse the animation looks like holy aura who will punish every evildoer : :)

     

    Or it would be nice if you could use harads tears on yourself (without doing dmg) and hit cloaked targets :D At least any option to unstealth would be good yes. But it does not have to be a stun or a new skill :)

  7. Balace is when each class is equally strong. That means that they have different abilities and shine in different situations, but all in all its evened out. It is not balanced when some classes are better in almost every situation than others :)

     

    It is not about every class having the same skills, but about them to be useful in their own way.

     

     

    And i play many classes, so if i would want one class to be much stronger than others i would harm my own game :D

    But why it's always like "oh oh, I can't beat someone with my character, make me beat him"? Strange stuff, but it's always like this.

    I actually criticize skills even when i dont play that classes. So not always the same i guess : :)  I just want the best possible balance so game gets most possible exciting :D

     

    But i can understand how it gets frustrating ehwn people get personal.

  9. My opinion:

     

    Need upgrade:

     

    Sacred shield. Even at 4/4 it does not even take a single hit until it breaks down :-/ And its mechanic contradicts its use as supprt skill.

    Secrtet reserve: Need to add either a initial hp bump or to activate sooner. At the moment it is not very helpful because it activates too late.

     

    Need downgrade:

     

    Power of blades: The equivalent of a whole set of ice queen dmg items is too much for a tank class imho. Even for a dmger. And at the moment it even enhances skill dmg and surpasses other skills (bugs)

     

    Undecided:

     

    Absolute Reflexes: The dodging rate seems a little too high - but on the other hand rogues needed a buff

    Healing totem: The healing is really really strong. But Legion side doesnt have much heal, so i guess they needed it.

    Stone Skin: Barbarians are the ultimate tanks now, but they were weak before.

     

    Great balance:

     

    Acid Rain: Useful in some situations, not op, not too weak to use.

    Punitive roots: Duration seems very short, dmg not very high, thats how a area stun should work :)

    Bitterness: Good skill in pve, not overly useful in pvp, but with tactical option :D

    Power of relaxation: Great vs bosses, tactical options in pvp - pretty much like bitterness

     

     

  10. What a title :D

     

    If you dont have much time for this game and dont want to spend much money either i would recommend to play a healer class. They dont need to amp their equipment high and are needed often in dungeons and hunts, so you get most invites.

     

    Blade dancers are real monsters, so if you want to play a melee class use them.

     

    If you need any help or advice in EU server on SENTINEL side, you can pm me (Crystana) :D If i dont have time myself for helping  i could maybe hook you up with people who are free at that time :D

    I think this is actually a good suggestion. But it would have to be somewhere where it does not block the screen. Maybe in the "all attributes" section a new subsection called "Effects" where you see the time left of all skills, guilds skills, potions and scrolls that currently work on you.

    you need technique beat healing class, with mana burn priest is anti-mage

     

    I think its great about priests that they dont have a real stun. It makes them unique. They have abilities that are similar to stuns, but different (enemy cant attack you, enemy cant use skills or his energy gets dropped, enemy cant move or hp get dropped)

  13. I searched but i did not find a sun seal topic, so here it is :D

     

    I just wanted tosay that i think new sun seal mechanic (Target restriction in banner) is great and makes that skill useful now :)  It is fun to play and gives tactical options :D

  14. Roland youre totally not getting the point. I dont even play a DK and think that skill needs to be upgraded. And look at forum: For some skills people dont say anything - that probably means they think these skills are balanced as it is. For some skills people say its too strong, for some people say its too weak. Its not whining, its serious critizism to help to improve this game.

     

    I started  topic to gather reviews on new skills :) Maybe there will be a pattern in the votes and comments that shows that not just everyone is whining, :)

  15. To show roland that not eveery comment about every expert skill is just whining about not being able to killing everyone with one hit, but mostly balance suggestion to help to improve the game here a topis about the new expert skills of update5.3 warriors path:

    Which expert skill needs to be weakened, which needs to be improved and which is balanced as it is? It would be great if you could share your thoughts in comments :)

     

    Pls just vote when you know the mechanics/ saw the skill often, not without really knowing if it is useful or not :)
