I don't know, if someone tried to convince me into something saying that XY is behind everything, XY would probably be someone I trust and I know personally. Ergo, I wouldn't require a screenshot to get proof, as XY would tell it to me personally and not through a random guy. And even if that would be the case, I would definitely ask XY too.

Everyone has the right to play on the server they want to. There are no restrictions saying people from wich region can play on the given server. 
If you thought so, then you are very much missing the point of game servers. They are only named US-RU-EU-BR, etc., because the servers are (most probably) located in those regions. But otherwise, everyone is free to choose where to play.
 
There was some mistake with the method of buying Miracle Coins in China, as I remember, meaning that it was (in ways) cheaper in some regions of the country.
That is being taken care of, you can be sure of that.
 
Plus, don't forget that China is the most populated country in the world.

As a tank myself, I have to add though, that aggroing isn't that easy, especially when you are in an op team and the player in the damage role tries to deal the most damage, which includes overtaking the boss.

Since the game tries to encourage players to develop the level of their characters (not only to expand the game but also it is a business strategy), those who want to stay on a lower level must accept that newer game content is not for them, since they are being stuck on a lower level of development.
I am not saying this is good, but this is a fact.

Some considerations about the "7 yard stun is OP" meme:
 
Barbarian's charge: Has a chance to miss (ie. not reliable) and puts himself in a disadvantageous position (far from his team and close to the enemy team). Learn to use it to your advantage.
 
Death knight's threads of darkness: The skill itself does not stun. The Death knight will only get an instant 7 yard stun if he has both blow of silence and death call activated. He can keep up blow of silence all the time but he can't do the same with death call. Death call also has a huge visual cue so all you have to do is to wait for this skill to fade out before entering the 7 yards range. If the Death knight uses threads of darkness on you while not having those 2 experts skill activated (blow of silence and death call), you will always have the initiative after being hit with threads of darkness, but most people don't known that and/or have slow fingers so they come crying on forum instead.
 
Charmer's knowledge of the dead man: It doesn't activate if the attack is dodged/blocked/parried or does 0 damage. Which means any class with a shielding skill can easily counter it (even druid's healing barrier can counter this skill).
 
Funny thing is that Paladin has a 6 yard aoe stun (4 yard + 3x3 radius, can get initiative against every other class except warlock) and no one is complaining it is op.
In summary, this is another biased topic with many players with poor game knowledge trying to blame the game instead of themselves for their losses.
 

The higher level you play, the higher your opportunities become. From level 18, expert skills bring a balance (or inbalance, how you like it), and in my opinion, lvl 18+ charmers aren't that op in arena nor PvE. Despite their good skills, they have no high defence nor high damage, and they become an easy target to certain melee classes (like Barbarian, Death Knight and Bladedancer). 
But not on low level arenas.

I know they cannot be permanently eliminated (they are too easy to recreate), but whatever.
