  1. Heya! Bear in mind that a Poem should contain no more than 12 lines. Meeting the requirements of the contests shall grant you more chances to win ^^
  2. First thing that comes in my mind is that this is a different Kind of stun, provided by a ground skill. It appears logical seeing the stun's effect over as soon as the Skill's effect is over as well. Or again, I remember that the stun Dark Circle provided was a completely different kind of stun (some time ago, Dark Circle was capable to put an additional Stun Symbol beneath your HUD, in case you were already stunned by other means), which makes me think of an outdated/different way the system sees this effect (this would explain why resisting it once nullifies the effect instead of re-applying continuously). Or even more simply, it can be a bug. No idea really. Here, an admin can be more precise.
  3. We're speaking about a ground skill, that's why. Different from any kind of stun/disabling effect. It doesn't change the fact that Resisting it nullifies said skill entirely, on the contrary of Templars whose effect re-applies every X seconds. Keep saying this and I'll make sure you'll take yours, even if I'm not working today. Or, since it appears to be the solution, he can bring a Mage with him. Or simply again, wait until the circle disappears exactly like the Legion Side does for Templar.
  4. You gotta see the realistic picture rather than the bigger one. In the bigger picture even a Necromancer can move away people with Panic. On a realistic Pov, however, Necros would probably die if he even tries to approach the enemy, as well as DKs would just get stunned the very moment it pulls the enemy out from the seal, resulting on the foe just running back where it was. Do people have skills in this sense? Yes, of course they do (Bigger Picture). How effective are these skills in this scenario? Close to no effective, unless you're a Chieftain or a Barbarian (Realistic Picture). .
  5. Yea. Evidently devs have seen nothing wrong on a char capable to ignore around 8k DMG and heal itself in the process. Oh well I'm looking forward to see the critical heal from Life Steal our class will be capable to achieve.
  6. What would happen if, let's say, you had no choice but going back to the zone a Templar has put his Whirlwind? (Let's say a Flag during war or a Seal in arena?). You are giving as certain that if people go inside there again it's cause they're stupid. It's not about stupidity or lack of tactic. It's about the impossibility to counter this skill even with a statistic created to counter such skills. And that should not be the way of it.
  7. As well as Templar's Whirlwind. Let's not forget of that too, shall we?
  8. They're in a lesser number than those ones who claim that a class is strong but when they're asked to bring facts they're more silent than a cemetery.
  9. Hmm no he isn't (or at least he wasn't), because this approach requires you to test things, to write a theory and eventually to judge your own theory for the sake of a better one (aka scientific method). Whatever you say which is not including the above mentioned steps is nothing more than mere ideas. These might be shared by some other players, no less, yet remain ideas.
  10. Please, let's continue the conversation in the Topic created on the Support Section, since both speak about the same topic.
  11. You above all have recognized it. Dang, DKs! Y'all should've just played your 10 year old class more. Cause it's clear that when you die to a damager you're actually under a new certain buff called "Possum Technique" which limits your capability to move, breath and use skill. Since that's the level of arguments I'm answering to, I have little left to be said. You'll find me here whenever you'll want to speak with actual facts.
  12. And once again you're wrong, unless you mean the 1vs1 cringy fight some players still love to do; in that case I completely agree with you. I'd have no reason to call DK weak in any other scenario than PvP (once at least. Now it has just become decent). It's in any case far from being the best tank for PvP since you got other colleagues in other factions doing what DK does but lightyears better. Fun fact: you even got non-tank classes which do what DKs do far better, and this is at the current state of things. You don't call a DK in arena because of how poor support it can offer in fight, and magic damage just won't perform fine in a more controlled area (such as, indeed, arena); it's not a case they're requested in a more chaotic scenario such as GvGs. DKs have got no way to recover from stuns apart from a skill which grants you life only once every 90 seconds (and does not reset when a new fight starts). These above mentioned examples are just a few; I could keep going for hours. I struggle to find the difficulty an "immortal" dummy can offer in a fight, so if you want to enlight me about the kind of PvP you usually do, I'd be delighted to read it.
  13. Good point You are speaking empirically. We can't really jump to conclusions without at least testing said changes, can we?
  14. Alas, bear in mind that the contest requires you to write no more than 12 lines. Making sure your work matches with the requested size might raise your chance to win the contest.
  15. If you wish for a measure to be taken, it's necessary to report said player to the support team ([email protected]). Provide a screenshot where he breaks rules, and the player will certainly be restricted. Alas, forum is not the right place for reports such as this one.
  16. If it's just about new forum users but old players, you might have a chance to be selected.
  17. As long as you keep track of how much time you've been playing for, that's fine anyway ^^
