You can take Speed from 2 light sets right now. the only problem is that they are quite outdated now. But from my point of view, I like the fact that they tried to make new set bonuses, and not only the Speed one. Mix everything with 2 pieces of the kronus set, and here you go! 😄

Arena items shall usually have Resilience as statistic. I think these items come fron Mythical Level Dungeons. If they do, then it is really a big deal

It is an update where they offer you to kill bosses and to go for old fashionable dungeon with an increased difficulty level. I am not sure also what kind of 2% you're taking in consideration, since it is basically something you can do even with Random Players. This is not the right place for classes' discussion. Please, remain on topic :)

It is not sure yet, but apparently we will need a set ammount of reputation to run these dungeons, once the event is done. About the Nadir Dungeon, if I got it right, we will have also the guild level as requirement, always after the Event
