I am not getting the situation. I did not get if it is the guard part or once the guard died. In the second case, It might be that the berserk member joined YinYang for that week, and that would explain everything, but even then YinYang is lv10, and not 11. Once the winning guild kills the guard of the castle, every loser guild is automatically teleported out. But if this is a bug, then please write also the moment in which this bug appeared. Perhaps the support team might have logs of that fight. Or even if you could tell who managed to enter from Berserk and actived that skill. I mean, anything which could improve the description of this bug you saw. The more details, the better it will be for Support to investigate!

Hello there! It once happened to me too. I sorted this problem out by logging my google account with Warspear. Now everytime I log it, changes I eventually made previously are saved. Try to log your google account in warspear online; you'll notice a grey box on the top right corner of the screen. Once you'll log in, the box will turn to green. This feature is also handy when it comes to quickly switch through your accounts, since it allows you not to put in everytime Password and Login. Try it out and please let us know 🙂

Ohhh I got it now. Basically making of all of them single quests which give rewards instantly, instead of going from (E.G.) easy to hero and then getting a reward. Well there are several ways to figure this out, but this would also increase the number of "Low Level" players going for these dungeons, since they give rewards, and will also (in terms of investing in game) bring profits when it comes to Perma Pots.

If they're well rewarded, why not?
