Eu também acho que o jogador precisa se acostumar a adicionar amigos à lista, se comunicar, juntar-se a uma guilda, etc.. e assim criar grupos de parceiros pras masmorras porque isso fará parte de boa parte do seu tempo no jogo. 
 
Além disso, qualquer grupo mesmo fraco com minions completa as masmorras do jogo com os stams free. Só precisam de paciência e saber respeitar aa mecânicas e coordenação do grupo. Não é preciso nem de players fortes pra ajudar, se souber jogar e fizer ela com calma. 

Em todo MMORPG as missões de masmorra são importantes para o progresso.
 
Nem tudo precisa ser facilitado e/ou agilizado. Parte da experiência do jogo é o processo de up.
