US-OPZ

Just the other day i was in the arena on my Mage (lvl 18) and when i was inside the arena, i was with a party of lvl 18s, there was a party of mc (lvl 18) but the only problem one of the mcs was lvl 19. Has the arena lvl changed or was that a glitch?

As i play the game i saw that in the future that a new map is coming and i realy could not wait. Even tho it has came out now, i cant do anything on the island exept the dungeon, and all that's wrong is that I'm not up to date. So the problem is does anyone know when the update for IOS or windows update is out for the new map? Thanks, yours truly US-OPZ
