I haven't been able to log in for months it just keep saying connecting, can someone help

I was wondering if I could get some tips from some pro shamans out there, I don't feel like my shaman is as good as it should be I cant take a hit from anything lol and I have no clue what moon and astral is

I can't log in at all just keep telling me connection to server is lost for 3 days now

Am I the only person having trouble connecting, I tried what Roland said to do and still no success I played early yesterday with no problem but after I logged I haven't been able to log back in is the servers down???

Yesterday I posted in support about not being able to log in when I hit play is says "connection to server lost, I asked if anyone could help but instead no one replied and my got deleted so I'm asking can someone please help me today post anything that might help if this has happen to you
