  1. Looks great! Can't wait to farm more guild dungeon with you guys.
  2. When you say no "regular loot" do you mean that brand new items will be in the chests, or just that there won't be quest items, potions, scrolls etc.?
  3. Definately the best drawing so far. Hope you win!
  4. Moraktar, the isle of the forsaken is well known for it's skilled necromancers who have the power to bring life to that which was once dead. One of these necromancers by the name of Calvin lived in a small house on the outskirts of The House of Blood ,the capitol city. One fateful day as he took a walk along the Black River ,as was his usual custom on such a day as this. He found a body lying facedown on the shore. This was not an uncommon sight on the island and Calvin would have thought nothing of it and passed it by if he hadn't heard a muffled noise come from the thing. He turned and gave a sharp poke with his staff and the body twitched as if in pain. Intrigued by this, he turned the body so it was face up. He immediately noticed that the man's skin was not gray like that of everyone else on Moraktar. Startled by this he involuntarily began charging a magic blast in his hand to kill it thinking that it somehow was one of the Chosen, the Forsakens most hated enemy. But just before he released the charged energy from his palm he began to notice the large tattoos covering the man's face and chest. He knew for a fact that Chosen warriors were forbidden from recieving tattoos for ceremonial reasons. The magic diffused into the air and he let down his guard. Maybe, he thought excitedly, maybe I could bring him back to my lab to study, it has been so long since I have had a living specimen. And so, the necromancer snuck the body back to his lab where he quickly discovered that the man would have no part of any tests. He soon became very frustrated with the patient and left him for the night in one of the holding cells in the lab. To his amazement and horror when he arrived the next morning the cage was torn open and the prisoner was nowhere to be found. Calvin searched frantically for him until finally as he entered one of the test rooms he felt a blow to his side that sent him reeling. There he stood the man from the river with both hands held high over his head clutching a rusty sword he had found. But just as he was about to land the finishing blow on poor Calvin the necromancer snapped his fingers and the barbarian slumped over in a deep sleep. He then had a great idea. The specimen was quite obviously a born fighter , so he set to the task of training him in the ways of the sword. He learned quickly and surprised Calvin with his speed for he had been so used to the slow painful movements of an undead. They trained and trained and the man began to trust the necromancer. Until one day when Calvin returned to his lab from one of his walks he found a notice on his door with the seal of the One With No Name on it. The note read that he had been discovered for housing one of the chosen and that they had taken the liberty to incinerate the corpse. Calvin burst through the door to find that his lab was in a charred ruins. And in one of the corners the shriveled body of the man from the lake lay barely recognizable. He stooped down to inspect the withered corpse and saw with disgust that he was beyond repair. He took his knife and cut the body open to see if he could salvage any organs from it and to his wonder and amazement there was the heart in perfect condition. He put the heart in a chest and waited for a long time. Until one day when Calvin was at the pub in the House of Blood a town cryer stumbled into the tavern and began to tell of a great Death Knight that had recently died. Calvin knew that this was his chance and after the body was buried he dug it back up and performed necromancy on the Death Knight placing the barbarians still-beating heart into the body. After the ritual was over the Death Knight stood up and looked around. Calvin watched expectantly waiting for him to recognize his teacher. But the knight left the lab without so much as a glance at the necromancer. The memories of the Death Knight had overcome those of the barbarian but the barbarian's speed and courage had remained. When the Death Knight presented himself to the Nameless the Nameless looked amazed. Never before had someone died twice and still be in fighting condition. The title of Death Knight is given to those of the Forsaken who had fallen in combat in a previous life and were reborn as undead. But to this particular Death Knight who had somehow died twice the Nameless gave him the rare title of Dread Knight. A title that has never been attained again to this day. And as the Dread Knight set sail for Irselnort with a legion of soldiers under his command he slowly began to change. It was subtle at first, but soon the evidence was clear, the barbarian's heart was getting stronger. Soon the Dread Knight ran away from the Legion in insanity having two sets of memories in his head. He lurks the shadows of a distant cave to this day untrusting of anyone legion or otherwise. Props to anyone who took the time to read all that I appreciate it. Bosses behavior. The boss will be in a cave preferably by himself that has totems in the corners where if a character gets too close he/she will take damage (kind of like the statues in arena). If it is at all possible I would like the boss to not evade (regenerate all his health and run away to his default location). I would like the boss to be able to move around more and be able to use the room to his advantage without that happening. Boss skill Death knights dark shield Death knights steel hurricane Necromancers fateful connection Necromancers panic Rogues stealth (maybe, if you can make the bosses ai so it can move around more I think this would be interesting) Thank you all so much for reading, I had a lot of fun writing up the story and drawing the character so I hope you like it. Good luck everyone!
