he didnt say remove healing others he meant remove the second hea taking over the first heal n so on if third of fourth
 
suggestion: if there is many druid/shaman heals on a player, i suggest the player should get the biggest heal of them, and all others cancels
 
lets say 3 passive heals are done on a player: 250/150/300the player should receive the 300 for the time it was used, if its gone than he should get healed again by another heal or if u want he gets the leftover time heal of the second highest 250 heal he got when 300 was active, thats if 250 was used some moments after 300
 
abit hard to understand it but mechanics are very easy to implement ty for ur attention

Perhaps an arena viewing system could be implemented in which:
you select an arena bracket  it then proceeds to place you on queue then the next arena battle that occurs, automatically transports you to the arena map in a "viewing mode" Maybe the arena maps can even be redesigned to put your character in an audience section for authentic viewing pleasure. XD 
But of course that requires more work from the developers so yeah
Oh! and maybe those viewing are allowed to talk on area chat too...but I can see some abuse there so maybe not.

Hey guys!
I've got an idea how to do PvP's instead of using Chaos Potion. I rarely see people using Chaos Potions to PvP and if they do any funny guy around uses one too and ganks them. So i thought about how two people who wanna do PvP can enter an area like arena where no one else can enter and it came to my mind that players should be able to send a PvP request to another player ( like for exchange, the other one can accept or reject). If the other one accepts they will enter a special area to do PvP ( maybe an arena area). They also got 5-7 minutes time till the arena will disappear or till someone died.
