My 2 friends who said they had the same problem haven't replied yet. I know they play on mobile phones, but I'm not sure which model. As you can see in the video, the loading screen actually loads (you can tell by that animation) but eventually, it freezes and stays frozen for a considerable amount of seconds or minutes.
