Good job, AIGRIND. Apparently, I didn't know that a rank 1 in arena can be matched against you, when you aren't even in top 100. In other games the matchmaking is based on the skill level (ranks). Here, matchmaking is completely random, which is just awful. Can I ask you why did you decide to do it like that?

I am just level 15 but I am intending to do Berengar's tower(easy) in order to recieve good quality items and to make my reputation +5000 instantly instead of trying to kill mc's bosses. Can some kind guys help me, please? And please don't write I should get to level 16. I really want to do this tower so nothing could stop me.

So some time before I wrote to AIGRIND support to recover my account(rogue lvl 18) and they banned him. here is the story: I gave it to my friend to play with him for some time but then I had doubts if that he really wanted to play so I changed the password and the e-mail. But one day after this occasion I found that my account has been stolen. And apparently, AIGRIND banned my account for this? I know I have made a mistake by giving my account info but it was to my FRIEND! I want him back but it seems AIGRIND has no heart to feel what I feel now that I know my best account has been banned. Fair enough, huh?

Well, my account has been stolen and I am upset about this. I wrote to the support of Warspear Online and yet for 2 days no answer! I was hoping of an answer as soon as possible so I can recover my account and start playing. Could you hurry up with the answer, please?
