Pauldragon got a reaction from TheCaster in Things to improve/fix
First of all I'm sorry for using harsh words in my last thread but after supporting this game for 8 years, spending everyday with the game and investing regular amount of money into the game every month I felt like my opinion doesn't matter.
The first thing that needs to be improved are guild privilleges to prevent guilds from getting warehouse scammed. Instead of setting privilleges to a guild rank, guild leader should be able to set privilleges to exact player. It could work like some kind of tick off and on system with guild invites, warehouse withdrawals etc. I think that the developers should invest some time to improve the support system. It's not a secret that support team is one of the weakest points in this whole puzzle. Maybe it's not the fault of support team but of EULA which isn't aiming for protection of the players. I guess in general EULA is made to secure the developers and not players but then we need some rules that would protect us - players. Account sharing/selling is strictly prohibited and gets you banned instantly. It's almost impossible to get back your account if someone changes your details and if it gets banned you'll never get unbanned. Once again the rules aim to protect the devs and to get them the biggest income possible. If you write to them with any case involving scamming and show them clear evidence of that they won't do a thing. I had several threads involving exchange scams/wh scams over the years and it never got better. If you write about this on forum the thread will get one reply from forum mod and will get comments blocked. If the players that got scammed are new then most likely they'll give up on the game but if somone has spent a long time in the game he'll keep playing despite the fact that he'll have to invest again. Next thing is that some of the low level classes are too op for the others, I chose druid and I've invested around 1-2k $ in the character as amp system is bad but that's not gonna change soon I guess. The case is that even with full arena rewards and around 2800hp it has problem against low level seekers as their shield is too op. You'll probably think that I'm crying because I just don't know how to play it but I've been here since 2012 before 1 magic type update and guilds, my level 10 druid was my main char as I was always bored when I had to get to level 18+ The quests were just to boring for that. I know that I'm not the greatest druid player out there but with around 309 magic dmg and 40% def (including resi) I often get destroyed by seekers or any melee dmg classes that are mid amped. Low level classes are unbalanced in pvp in my opinion for example if you take a look at a change that happened some time ago druid root got nerfed, now to skill silence and enemy you have to invest in the skill at least to 4th level. As healing skill is more important you'll most likely make it heal 5/5 and then have 3 skill points left which aren't enough for that. And if you take a look at bladedancer hamstring skill you'll see that it skill silences enemies at 1/5 and if you take seeker auto attack speed it reduces movement speed so much that with roots at 1/5 you can't even get some distance to regain some health. I guess on high levels it works different but at this point it seems as developers don't care for low levels. Instead of balancing current classes they added 2 new classes that'll break the game balance and will require time to balance. Even if other players may think that the classes aren't that unbalanced then instead of adding 2 new classes you could work on first point of this thread which is securing people from getting scammers. Another example of breaking the balance of the classes (at least at low level) is ranger attack speed nerf. For bows it's 3.3 sec and for xbows its 3.9sec. If You wanted to regain old attack speed on level 13 17% is around max that you can get without buffs and it won't make you super op. It'll just bring back old attack speed before nerf. Old bow speed was 2.9 sec and 3.3 - 0.5 (17%) will make it 2.8 so it's slightly faster than speed before the nerf. Once again the change was probably made because of unbalanced classes at high level and once again I'd say that developers didn't think about lower levels. Some may say that the real fun starts at higher levels but not everyone likes to play with expert skills as it's really hard for some people to learn. Also if someone would decide to stay at level 18/20 they'd have 1/2 expert skill slots unlocked for free. They could unlock additional ones for free for achievement medals but it requires investing in the char or having op players that would help you to get them. Some people like to play low level classes as they're cheaper to build than high level ones. Amping system doesn't make it easier but once again I'm not here to try and do the impossible which is to change amp system. The last thing that should change is that how the developers/mods/support team treats the players. The game is alive thanks to the players. We don't have an insight of how well the game and company is prospering. It might be doing bad it might be doing great at the moment but how long will it keep going on like this? If all of the old players were to stop playing and investing their time and money into the game it wouldn't take long for game to die. It's probably gonna take a long time before that but if you keep treating us like we're your sponsors and nothing else it won't last as long as it could. You don't take most of our suggestions into considerations or you act like you've never seen them. I guess your money income is alright because of exchange of currencies. The game first was pay to play and then changed to pay to win. Most of the players that play the game like it that way maybe because of how easy it is to get stronger than other players. I'm not blaming you for that because I'm included into this group of people. But still you could respect the society of the game a little bit more. The game could become far greater than it is at this moment in time. No one says it's easy but if you considered some of the players ideas it could get better for us - players and for you - developers. You could say that if we don't like the game we should just make our own. That's true but we're not hating on everything you do. Most of the updates improved the game so much that we wanted more and wanted to stay with the game and see how much it can improve over next years. For example making one magic system instead of 4 was a big move, adding guilds, craft system as well. Most of old players remember the resilience rework which was hated by most of the players back then. Everyone was complaining that you broke builds of people that weren't pay2win. Even though you got a lot of hate back then you didn't listen to the players society. If you'd look back at it I guess at this point many players have left the game. They probably felt the same as some of us after the recent changes to classes. It's probably all for nothing at this point, I don't even know if this post gets approved. I just wanted to write that down as I'm taking a break from the game. Hopefully it'll be long enough for things to change or at least I won't spend money anymore when I get back. Just wanted to make people out there to know that there's someone that feels the same.

Sure af, arena rewards are meant for pve as well. Maybe they'll add creeps in next arena update so it'll be pve as well.
