1) +0 vs +0 would still be the same. So comparing +10 vs +10 is right.
2) Discussion is about being unbalanced and not undefeatable.
 
Think about this way, one skill press for BD (counter) can easily cause 2k damage or more on more than 1 target. And that can happen even id BD is stunned. Is there any other classes (even rogues or snipers) who can press a button and have guaranteed 2k+ damage on enemies?
Not only that, new passive skill is still affecting damage of all Blade Dancer skills. Including the counter itself.
 
 
Counter needs a MAJOR nerf and the new passive skills should affect only normal attack.

From what i've seen and read, I can tell that this fight spans farther than just the forum. It's more of a personal matter between you four, in-game and out. I'm not picking sides in this but all I can say is that everyone did wrong in this situation; both in behaviour, actions and reactions.

In some other MMO's there are concept of "Guild Alliances".
How does it work and why is it a good thing?
Well, it's inevitable that some guilds will become stronger than the others to the point it is impossible to compete against them.
Now, suppose weaker guilds can make an alliance to beat the stronger guilds while splitting the rewards.
For example, a level 4 guild (40 players) could make an alliance with another level 4 guild (40 players) so they have a chance to make more GP than a level 8 guild (80 players).
It's a self balancing system since you will only want to make alliance if you realize your guild is not strong enough. And having a strong guild is still a good thing because you won't have to split anything if you don't make alliance.
 
It works very well on other games suck as "Ragnarok Online". Not only it adds balance on guild tournaments but it also adds another layer of social interaction.
 

How come Warspears is pve based if we have arena and wars? O.o
 
Anyways, ever played a game where healers hit like a truck? They're supporters, they aren't supposed to hit hard.
190 hit on a 9k mdef shaman is better than receiving 500+ DMG from shaman.
I don't see how it will balance the game but yes it will convert supporters into damagers.
Melee aren't good in arena 2v2, casters have stuns, nightmare, blind they can CC easily.

Here's how damage is calculated:
 
First your defense % will remove some of the damage you would receive. For example if you receive an attack with 500 damage but you have 10% defense. This damage will be reduced to 450 (10% of 500 is 50).
Now after your defense reduced the damage, it's time for the resilience to reduce even more damage. But resilience damage reduction will be applied upon 450 and not 500.
So following this example, if you have 10% defense along with 10% resilience, damage will be further reduced to 405 (10% of 450 is 45).
 
Also saying 1% resilience equals to 0.5% defense is wrong. Go test it for yourself, wear arena gears (helmet, armor, gloves and boots) and don't enchant magic defense. You will have some resilience and 0% magic defense. Now have a caster attack you and you will realize the damage reduction will be equal to the resilience you have. Example 500 magic damage on a 0% magic defense and 10% resilience target will make the damage 450. 
 
Also we known penetration bypasses some part of defense (and magic defense) but not resilience.
