Hey Devs :) , I sent a support ticket month ago about my warlock, shaman, rogue, bd, and dk. I wanted to know If you got ticket and can give back my chars? :'(

When do I get my account back? I sent many ticket? You said " Fifth day u answer".

This totally sucks, I also got hacked, but I never got respond :'(

When can respond to my ticket support GM, it been 5 days and couple of hours.

I've sent tickets to support x3 and never got respond, I really need to recover my account, Please respond quickly. :'(
