8 Hours havent seen an update stretch that long in awhile. Hope its Great and all is good... 
i cant complain i just woke up.
at 3 am someone hot boxed there apartment room and it set off the fire alarm and the cops and fire trucks came and set off the alarm for the entire building and i was kicked outside half naked.... atleast long update allowed me to catch somes Z's

Dodge is negated by accuracy, mobs usually have above 15% accuracy and will hit most players who do not focus on increasing their dodge stat way above that percentage.
Block and parry on the other hand are unaffected by that and will eventually work even at 0.1%
 
Likely also depends on the level of those npcs, you could try doing the same test with level 1 mobs.

If I was cheating, I would do it a bit smarter. Not adding one and a half thousand likes, but only that much what is needed to be first. So it isn't that outstanding. 

it should be AoE aggro just like other tanks' expert skills

In 2x2 and 5x5 you can meet players 3 levels below or above your own level. Depends on your pts lowest or highest level player.  In seals(3x3) it is 4 levels below or above your level. 

It used to drop from the red and blue boss, one them of was named Reyn, second I forgot. It dropped 1 or 2 cloaks to a party each kill. They were located in current location of Irsenholt Hydra. They used to have 1 000 000 hp(not sure) and one of them was friendly to Legion and one to Firstborn. They were really hard to kill since 1 000 000 used to be a lot for the equipment at that times(*cough* bds soloing 1 mil bosses *cough*) and enemy faction players were allways there to ruin your day. Ill check my old character for the cloak

Seeker and Hunter get physical + light armor, Charmer gets magical + cloth armor, Guard gets physical + heavy.

You haven´t even seen the classes so how can you say that seekers will be worse rogues? How can you say that Warden will be the same as Paladin? I complain too, actually quite a lot, but only after I get shit together and not before I even know the actual data.
