Balancing that chief needs (chief player talks)
this is a joke? a chief with the resist book and who probably has a lot of GZ accessories, being hit by a barbarian, by a barbarian... do you think this little video is a parameter to nerf a meta class?

Mage barrier rework ideas
The problem with the barrier is that it is a passive skill, which helps in PvP, but weakens it in PvE, while in the cacique it is the opposite... the barrier should be an Active skill, so in my opinion it could protect much more, more being a passive skill, if you increase her protection it will get even more OP in PvP, because compared to magic chief, mage is much superior.

Magic Chieftain needs PvP buff
I've been playing as a magic chief for 3 years, and only now did I get a greatness accessory, because playing as a magic chief always found the arena difficult even though I had the full pvp set and was in the best guilds on the server. Compared to Mage, Chieftain it is much inferior in PvP: Until last year Cacique was the only class not to have a stun, and the stun he gained is very bad, he needs to use two skills, the first of which has a chance of not working, the mage's stun is in area and has a high chance of working , in practice. The leather doesn't last long and if you are stunned it doesn't protect you as much as the mage's barrier, which is automatic while the leather is active. In addition to the chief's cure that only works if you don't die until the stun ends, while the mage has a skill that increases his defense. Chief magician in PvP if not rich is usually paper, fragile. In addition to that magic cacique in PvP gives much less damage than mage, mainly focused damage.

Balancing that chief needs (chief player talks)
you are asking for a nerf in the chief's magic and PvP/GvG skills, considering that in these parameters the mage is already much superior to the class

Templar doesn't need a nerf
Or templare need a nerf or MC classes need a big buff
