Something like this.
Team A has 0 RP (ranking points) and team B also has 0 RP.
In this case winner gets 10 RP on win.
Team A now has 1000 RP (ranking points) and team B has 0 RP.
In this case, if team A wins, it will only get 1 RP per win (because the other team is either very weak, or used as a loser party)
Team A now has 5.000 RP (ranking points) and team B has 20.000 RP .
In this case, if team A wins, they will get 100 RP (because they won vs stronger people).
--END OF EXAMPLE
By doing this, people with no life using loser parties will start taking only 1 RP per win at some point.
And if you are good at arena and play honest, all you have to do is demand a couple of games while those cheaters are SPAMMING loser parties and you will start taking 100 RP per win. It is a system that will reward the better players instead of the ones who spend more time and use loser parties.

Sentinel arena tips (Inspired by Nabnecro)
Here are some tips for sentinel players on arena. These tips apply on different arena situations, but I try my best
to describe the situation.
Try to stay behind your tank. If enemy team has rogue(s), put a trap in a strategic place, where they probably step on it. Target enemy healers or damage dealers. Scatter shot is best used at rogues or death knights after they pulled you. Don't use blessing before you need it.

Blessing>Normal shot+powerful shot>scatter>trap if you or team healer is targetet
> Repeat part 1 and 2 if enemies target your tank.
Ummm... avoid aoe stuns and nuke healers with ham? This is basic sh*t.

Ham>Flash strike>Sap, if you are targetet, repeat from part 1 or 2
>Agro, if your healer/dmg is targetet, repeat from part 1 or 2
On 2v2 healer is probably the easiest target, so heal yourself.
On 5v5 you could also heal your tank class. Against shaman use root when his heal is about to fade. Do not run on your own, just because some shaman is running away because your about to kill him. Instead target their damage dealers (Rogue/warlock).

Kiting: Root>Normal hit/Heal>Lightning>Bees>Run>repeat
When using warp don't tele to circle or pool. Don't use chains before dk pull or rogue jump. Try to nuke the weakest character first with 3 dmg skills. Also ask your team to attack aggressively to not make you warp alone in the middle of enemies (Yeah like that's gonna happen with random party).

Against casters: Fireball>Warp>Shatters>Repeat/chains>Repeat

Against melee: Fireball>Warp>Chains>Shatters>Fireball>Kite with ball until you have chains back
On 5v5 fetters is your best skill so use it in a effective way where it stuns many people at right time (You could time it like druid root). On 2v2 use fetters for purification combo. heal the wounded, if possible.

On 2v2 shield yourself. Use armistice on enemy's dmg dealing class and shield your friend, is a one way to play with a strong friend. Use word power on enemy casters.
On 5v5 you could also shield your tank or mage. If a rogue sneaks up to you, you have 2 options:
use armistice (good option), use word power to pvp him (good option if you are strong enough and are able to heal your allies at the same time). Against healers word power is a tool to make them wait their heal. Try to stay away from the middle of the battle and support your team.

Against healers: Shield>Word power>Tears>Heal/Shield/Armistice/Repeat/Normal hit (Really situational. You just gotta learn when you need heal)

Leave the runners alone, if you have other targets. Try to position yourself in a way where you are close to enemy healers, but stay away from enemy damage dealers

Skill tree unlocks new skills as you buy some. For example if rogue had a skill tree, you maybe wouldn't be able to buy poison blades before elusive jump.
Another example: Blade dancer base skills

This will not be the way skill trees are going to be in warspear. I just wanted to use skill names from warspear in my example to make it easier to understand. (Maybe there will be new base skills replacing old ones and you get to choose which one you replace)

Well, let's assume that blade dancers are the knights of the sentinels(lol for me). I guess devs let blade dancers that way so that the sentinels can defend themselves, just like rogues to raid kill softy classes instantly. So in my opinion it's pretty balance, other class counters the other, other class supports the other to nuke others. Well BD has advantages vs 1 or maybe vs 2 or more opponents(depending on the class), but in group fights there is always a strategy for winning.

When on arena, some environments affect you (Volcano dmg for example). Players are also part of the game environment. Using the environment to your advantage is part of the game, thus I think secret link is part of the druid gameplay, even on 1v1
