It seems fair to me that after taking out such a beast they remove the agro from the BD and put a skill that is useful for something... that MC is at a completely different level, good stamina, speed, control, resistance... quite a machine of kill. On the other hand, the elf's skills are all for his leopard, if that leopard is not strong he will be just another elf that no one will use due to his ineptitude.
