Will the company combat these types of things or could everyone just use programs and end the game altogether? I've been playing for 11 years, this is the first time I've seen such negligence with the game.
If nothing is done, it is a matter of time before many abandon the game or the programs are simply sold within the game itself, as has already happened in several games that went bankrupt due to programs.

Only thing to sort this out is putting world bosses to drop like rottung and nocturna, ppl in the area receive a chest otherwise If not egirls another guild will monopolize the raids. I  think the world bosses mechanics are unfair, it only take 5 great members with olm book to steal the drop. I mean if I have 4 great booked and amplified friends I can sometimes steal the world boss.

The most absurd fact of all this is that no matter the relevant amount of evidence and knowing that such a precarious staff will not have the decency to do something, which in fact is that they do not care about what happens with the game, but about what does not enter their pockets.
I'm sorry to say that if nothing is done by you, what we can do is retaliate on Google Play and making the game stop using its 5 stars and making it very bad seen by other platforms, and a shame know that nothing will happen and knowing that many will certainly do it because they know that the game staff has no responsibility with its players.

How long will we stand by and watch the game experience be destroyed?
 
Honestly, it's becoming harder and harder to stay motivated. Players who act in bad faith continue to benefit, profit illegally, and ruin the experience for those who play fairly. And what do we see from the team responsible? Just generic replies, vague promises, and no real action.
 
This isn’t just hurting the community—it’s hurting the company itself. Your work is being stolen, the integrity of the game is being compromised, and the players who truly support the game are the ones walking away.
 
We're no longer talking about isolated cases. The issue is spreading like an epidemic across all servers. And if nothing is done urgently, the situation will continue to deteriorate. Honest players are quitting, and the trend is only getting worse.
 
Enough with the empty talk. It's time for courage, wisdom, and most importantly—action. The community is calling out for real solutions. Show us you still care about the game and those who are part of it legitimately. 

If they don't consider forum posts as valid reports and when you contact support they say they don't accept third-party evidence (I guess they expect evidence from the FBI or CIA), then what's the point of all this? This situation makes it very clear how useless and ineffective the support team is

As you can see from the posts of some people commenting here, they only received copy-paste responses regarding the reports made to support. I made the same report a year ago and got the same reply. However, the use of bots has continued.
I believe that if support had actually addressed the emails that were sent with evidence, we wouldn’t be having this discussion on the forum—let alone a post with over 30 people from different servers saying they’ve already reported it and nothing was done.
 

Great post, by the way. This has been happening repeatedly for over a year now. I also reported it to the game’s support team with some evidence regarding damage/healing meters being used in raid bosses and GVG, and all I got was a copy-paste response saying they would investigate. However, a year later, I sent another message with more proof and once again received an automated reply.
It would be important for the company to take real action against the use of third-party programs that give players an unfair advantage in competitive content. For those who play the game honestly, it’s really discouraging. Most players have already received at least three chat bans for racism, xenophobia, and other offensive behavior, which makes the global chat a very unpleasant experience.
One particularly sensitive issue was the gold bug, which massively impacted the server’s economy. The player responsible for this, TXTESCOBAR, only received a 30-day ban after duplicating gold into the billions and using it to buy out two other guilds.

What happened to this game last year is complete DISREGARD. Gold bugs; damage macros; farming bots. All of this was caused by a group of people who took advantage of the flaws of a terrible and sloppy moderation. From misogyny to xenophobia, to anything you can imagine, these guilds brought to the BR-Tourmaline server, while calling themselves the greatest of all. But also, with the help of third parties, anyone can become number one. The complaint is necessary, but we know that unfortunately there will be no results, because the same ones who cause this evil are being protected by something. 
 
BR-Tourmaline deserves justice.
