for lock gear, i mix it with arena gear, which i use turban of young socerer, arena hood with resil and hp, put def rune and crystal of accuracy for armour use light boilersuit get the hp, also glove with hp, then use light sash, as for ring, use ring with magic put both mana regen crystal and use dodge rune for one ring the other ring use fortitude ring, for amulet use graceful amulet to extend hp and magic along with mana, give hp regen rune too, for cloak use wrought cloak, as for shoe i use lvl 12 shoe from arena with resil rune, try to amp all those gear +5 above including the rings and amulet, lastly, use staff at least +4-5 with cooldown instead of penetration, warlock with better cooldown is hard to beat as a result, better hp ( 1900+) good def and magic def with resil, high magic dmg and good cooldown for spam skill try it and see the result

btw i think ure talking about provocator sets which is for rogue, bw is for tank dk/barb

both are better for rogue but the time using it must be right, for example full kw armour are very useful if doing quest and hunting boss, better critical stat over 25%+ plus the accuracy and dodge, however bw mostly being used in arena or pvp, since it have hp stat and resil with useful against critical, but lvl 19 arena belt havent release yet, i suggest mixing both kw and bw is a good idea, because kw have bonus accuracy and bw have resil, critical not really necessary in arena because most ppl use arena item with full resil, use bw armour and helmet + kw glove and shoe, so the result will be promising, better hp ( 3000hp+) good def, resil and accuracy

elusive jump is a very useful skill and deals high dmg, plus it can be use even trap by ranger, i've seen high amp rogue hit armandor 690+ and merciless 800+ from what i see the merciless strike should be 895-900 dmg, it seems that his elusive jump lvl 4/4 and m.strike 4/5, nowadays many rogues chnge skill like that

nowadays the best combination are axe+dagger, high dmg and high dps, not to mention that theres lvl19 axe with cooldown with i find that very useful, better cooldown faster kill, i use +9 berengar battleaxe and +9 berengar dagger,

i think critical is better, with accuracy even better, because rogue is a critical type, high dmg and instant kill, currently my crit 30% thanks to great charm, dodge 38.7 with skill, so penet isnt necessary if both are 30%+
