my acc not blocked i can play with my android , i this pc buy 1week ago;/

my compturer ip: 46.36.65.142 dns: 10.0.0.1 gataway: 255.255.0.0 when i try log in with android all is ok , but when i try log in with pc i have get error , PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey all . i have ban on my computer , i buy this coumputer one week ago , and when i have internet i try log in in game but i have alert "your profile is blocked ....................................." but when i try log in with my android all is ok , my computer ip is:46.36.65.142 , plz help some one;(
