Perfect. Fair and agreeable. And I want that all of those who put effort to win get a reward and not just a "well done" pat on the shoulder just to see the 5 others who actually got the kill drop books. Does this happen? No. Is it fair according to you? Judging by this:
 
 
I take it you agree that it is an unfair system, and even if it's for a tiny bit content of the game, that tiny bit allows your character to be very powerful. 
 
 
I will be honest about this: I haven't fully understood how this is supposed to work. Mermen requires you to win the trial and to have 5k repu to enter the dungeon and the equip one gets from there is arguably even better than Catacombs, in some ways. In general I'm good if it gives everyone a chance, but an example here could help.

Atleast if it were changed to the chest-type reward system. People will get their chances instead of just one guild monopolizing it. Seems fair to me. Ngl

I think the guide you wrote is really unique and usefull, especially since i really love norlant maps. I will put it to good use soon, i can see how much you love the game

Definitely on the same page with you. Many players, especially to those who just started the underwater quest suffer from this. This drastically slows progress. Makes people quit the main quest. 

This would make only damagers get the drop. You won't sort the problem you're describing and I disagree on making the boss area neutral. Instead, I would make of it an activable event so that everyone who actually participated in the hunt has got a chance to get the best item the boss drops, with a chest for example. A bit like what we currently have with guild raids.
