im confused about this, 1. some players say , it depend on your def. EX : if your def 4000 , so you will get def 40. 2. others players say , 1% passive defence skill mean , like 70 or 65 def. coz im try armor with def 75, its 1.1%. my question here, where is the true, number one or number two?, thx before.
