I think it's been roughly a week or so but is there a rough estimate on when it might reopen? Thanks!

Now it has changed to "this payment time unavailable at the moment" or something to that effect.

I've done the best to my ability to find an answer so now I am posting finally. I have been trying in game to buy miracle coins. I can get to the shop but every time I click 'buy coins' it instantly sends me to the 'restoring connection' screen. And after that it goes right back to the game. I can get to the earn free coins page at tapjoy however. I haven't been able to reach the buy coins page in a few days. Every single time it goes to restoring connection. I have tried reinstalling the game, updating software on my phone and restarting my phone. I have also tried through wifi and not through wifi. I'm using an iPhone 4 with iOS 6.
